Evoolution

Came here with a friend to pick up one of their legendary oil and salt popcorn blends. I sure learned a lot about olive oil and salt while I was here! There are displays with reading material everywhere (both posted beside products and in bookshelves), and super friendly l staff who are very happy to help inform.

Always has really friendly staff and I love the variety of balsamics and oils! Great place to pick up little gifts or to take home and devour with bread (or add to a nice salad or pasta). We usually come to restock every few months!

On a recent trip to Canmore I picked up 12 of their 3 bottles in a Box gift sets for some staff gifts. The lady who assisted me was absolutly amazing! She worked hard to ensure each box was unique and went well above to make me feel like my business was appreciated. My staff loved the gifts and I would do this again for staff and clients.

My wife found evoolution in Canmore. At first I was reluctant to taste "...olive oils & vinegars?! Really? Let's not waste our time" I said. Well!! Let me tell you! I changed my mind the moment I tasted Herbs de Provence oil with a small pool of Cranberry Pear white balsamic vinegar soaked into a tiny piece of crusty bread. Wow!!! I can't describe the yummy delight. I had to try more. Our assistant, Angie, was so well informed and passionate about her products. We had an assortment of bottles shipped home and I'm calling Angie for another bottle of Oliana, an olive oil I'm putting in my morning coffee. (I know how that sounds...olive oil in coffee?!!! It makes your coffee smooth and creamy. I got the idea from Starbucks. They have a designer coffee made with olive oil and oat milk, too. Really good.)

Anyway, high praise for Angie and for evoolution oils & vinegars.

Never, ever, ever, ever did I think that I'd walk by a shop selling flavored olive oils and not only want to go inside but think about buying anything.
But was I wrong and never have I been happier to be so wrong. Upon entry, the employees were happy to talk me through the store, showing me all the different flavors and how they could be used in different sorts of meals. They showed me a vinegar that could be combined with sparkling water to make a real tasty drink which I can't wait to start making. I ended up buying two oils and one vinegar. It's so wonderful that they give you small chunks of bread to sample the oils on and they have nice clear labels for all the different flavors. Once again, never thought a store selling olive oil & vinegar would excite me so much but great product, knowledgeable and friendly staff can go a long way. Can't wait to visit again and get more.

I love this store, so many choices and tasty options. I own a cupboard full of oils and vinegars. If I'm not purchasing for myself it's gifts for others. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable so expect to hangout awhile and enjoy a few tastings

Amazing location, great staff who are both friendly & knowledgeable. Loved our visit this past weekend, we were introduced to Italian sodas made with infused vinegar! Incredible. Stop by on your next visit, you won't be disappointed!

Beautiful store, you can really spend lots of time learning about olive oils and flavor salts

The products are incredible, so diverse and delicious, but as good as the oils and vinegars are, the customer service is even better. Highly recommend.

We were greeted by Natalie and she was so friendly and helpful and obviously loved her job! She guided us through the store, offering tips and suggestions.

First off, this is a beautiful store
Second i learned alot about oils and vinegars. I spent about an hour in the store trying different products and pairing of different products.

Big selection. friendly helpful staff. Love love love the garlic oil. And noticed the flavoured salts this visit so had to pick up one.

I love this place — I’ve equipped my kitchen with 20 different oils and vinegars and enjoy being able to have different kinds of interesting salads every night. Service is great. You can try all their oils and vinegars with fresh bread. Refill your bottles! Another lovely contribution to save the environment.

This is a very nice place to buy specialty olive oils and balsamic vinegars. You can sample all the oils and vinegars. They have recipe cards you can take. You can create your own little gift packs. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The products are fantastic.

Amazing place to go for oils and vinegar! Great quality/taste, awesome service every time and so much to choose from! 100% suggest you stop buying "basic" oil and start elevating your dishes with Evoolution and their amazing products!

An absolute Mecca of fine Olive oils, balsamic vinegar and unique salts. I got the butter infused olive oil, truffle salt and Hawaiian Black salt.

A store with a large variety of olive oils, balsamic vinegar, vinegars. The good part is that you can taste from each oil or vinegar and decide what you want to buy. Staff is very friendly. They have a description for each oil or vinegar. You can make different combos, oil and vinegar or only vinegars or only oils and you'll have a discount.

Been to this location a few times, the staff are always very friendly and helpful, obviously the selection is vast and you can sample all the vinegars and oils. I had to contact this location for customer service support, they responded to my email within minutes, and were extremely helpful. I will always stop in here if I'm in Canmore!
