Needed an emergency appointment when our dentist was closed. They received us immediately (within twenty minutes!!), found the issue and gave us the information to address it. Highly recommend

We are from out of GP. Our original dental office referred this office to help with my 6 year old son's dental needs. My son was very nervous (mom secretly was too). I want to say all the staff was absolutely wonderful. From the front desk ladies to anyone I seen in the hallways, the nurses, anesthetics, and Dr. Tsai. The whole staff definitely made our visit easier. My son today is bragging on how easy the dentist was. Haha Thank you to all the staff for making our visit go smoothly!!

Absolutely loved our visit with the specialist dentist. Our son is 3 years old and hasn’t had good dentist experiences. Our dentist there made it so enjoyable. He was comfortable. He was laughing. He didn’t want to leave! As a parent it was great to see all the love and attention given to our son to ensure he wasn’t afraid and had a good overall experience. Highly recommend! The environment was great and all the staff were super nice!!

Had a dental emergency one morning for my daughter. Phoned first thing in the morning and the staff was so kind and understanding that they were able to squeeze her in the same day.

I was very impressed by the dentists assistant while at Gateway. I felt accepted an no judgment at all about my hygiene. It isn’t always going to the dentist as it can make you feel embarrassed and gross compared to the beautiful teeth surrounding. She ensured to help me with my everyday hygiene with some extra recommendations rather than scolding me for not brushing my teeth everyday. It was the best dentist experience I’ve had yet. I would like to commend the assistant for the non-judgmental aspect and as well as helping find accommodations when I forget to brush! I’ve never felt so accepted, heard and been helped so effectively. Thank you guys for doing what you do and providing an accepting feel in such a vulnerable environment.

The hygienist was amazing with my 3 year old and so was our dentist! Not only are they all amazing with kids but they are so informative, they explained exactly whats going on and exactly what they are going to do and what might need to be done in the future. I would highly recommend them
