Value Village

It was my first visit last week and I've had no expectations 🙃, but left with two books and a pot lid. That's a good haul in my book.
My initial plan was to check if there is any available secondhand furniture. I took the right turn to the home section, skimping through pricier decors and vases, and disappointed at the absence of any mirrors, frames and small tables. On my way out, I discover their collection of books. What a delight! Like a mini library, there is something for everyone.

Passing long lines of clothing racks, I found what seems to be other bulky Home related stuffs nested under each other, on the other side of the store. Their layout is indeed very confusing 😕 Nonetheless, there are curious offerings and surprising deals.

I've been donating items here for years. The young kid with glorious hair named Ethan was fantastic! I was impressed with his helpful and polite demeanor, which I had never experienced at this location previous. Also appreciated the coupon he gave me. Thanks kid, I wish all your coworkers were as helpful as you.

As a teen, you might expect a very harsh review but genuinely a really nice second hand, had good t-shirts, everything you could need

Good place for barely used clothing especially jeans. Beautiful name brand jeans. Excellent selection for nice plaid shirts. Lot's of DVD movie selection, nice selection on vintage dishware. Just a really excellent second hand department store.

Thrift Store has alot to choose from. Very clean and organized. But the store prices are too high for a 2nd hand store from my experience. For a non-profit store chain there should be some accountability for gouging customers. So be aware that you will pay more than anywhere else.

Love this place got dress clothes for a work function

I was looking for something cheap but fancy for a friends wedding, I don’t usually go into value village so I wasn’t sure where to look, I asked the first girl I saw where I could get the items i was looking for, she was so helpful and made me feel right at home. After finding almost all items I was looking for, she by chance served me at the register and I got her name, I believe it was Nicole. All in all she made my experience with your company a great one. Lifetime customer for sure!

Store is clean organized and well stocked. Friendly staff who where helpful. It is more expensive than most second hand stores but there is still good deals to be found

I know some people have issues with Value Village pricing by thrift store comparisons. This is my local store, however, and as such I find myself getting discount coupons for IN store purchases by donating. They also have 50% off days several times per year for members. Selection is always fabulous here and store is usually quite organized and clean, I find. Spacious.

Stopped in on a trip to GP and I've got to say, this Value Village is better than the ones in Edmonton.

Would visit again!

Found a great winter coat at a reasonable price, which was enhanced by the Tuesday senior's discount of 30%.

A great VV with some fun staff. Still a fun place, prices have gone up about 5-7% an item... Kinda inline with inflation.

Love this place...buying new clothes is sooo overrated. Kids outgrow em too quick. Here its affordable and i can justify letting my 7yr old pick her own clothes. Always a clean and friendly environment
