My HP printer broke down over its return date at the GP Staples Store. Troy the manager and Mary Anne the cashier took care of me like No one else ever has . They didn’t give me the old send it to the manufacturer line . It was replaced at the price I paid.
They care about the customers.
And do yourself a favor , buy the extended warranty. Any issues within the extended warranty period and you walk out with a new machine. Most products only have a 14 day return policy. And after that it’s the product manufacturer issues. You guys are the BEST!

I was in need of a printer. Christopher at store 80 assisted me and went above and beyond ensuring I had the printer that would best meet my needs. I recommend our local store in Grande Prairie and received great customer service. Thank you Christopher.

The absolute best customer service ever received by Rylan Shofner. My line of work involves a lot of travel requiring me to print important documents in a timely manner with a portable printer. The model of printer has been sold out for weeks, but Rylan was knowledgeable enough to compare different versions and suggested alternatives based on what I needed it for. He even broke down the cost per sheet with ink purchases in mind. In case I wasn’t satisfied with the quality customer support, Rylan continued to impress me when he was able to source one more printer out in their inventory. I am beyond appreciative. To add, when my wallet was misplaced, O’Shane Brown helped me mitigate the issue with impromptu tech support to get my Apple Pay in order. I really can’t say enough good things about this location. Wow wow wow!

The guys at the print/ship area are always helpful, kind and patient. The cashiers are always friendly as well.

This afternoon my friend and I were in Staples in Grande Prairie. We were helped by a young man named Michael, he is a Trainee. Michael is a very helpful young man, considerate and great customer service. He is a welcome addition to the team.

Had printed out 100 copies of a flyer here today. Lady working there was the nicest employee I’ve ever met at a staples. Impeccable service!

The store has a good selection and environment . I went in for a desk/computer chair. The service I received was immaculate.

Taniel at staples was so incredible to deal with and so very empathetic to our situation with losing our mom and getting cards printed. She made the experience so much easier with what we are going through.

Super friendly, helpful staff

Amazing customer service ! Went in to get 150 copies of the programs for my fathers celebration of life and they did an outstanding job. The printer jammed so they changed paper (I got better quality stuff) and then the folding machine jammed and they all came together and folded them all for me. So impressed !!! Thank you guys.

Valery at the copy centre was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me fix the problems I was having. After having to leave and come back 3 times, she made sure that we figured it out so I wouldn't have to leave a fourth time. Don't see this kind of employee much anymore. Thanks girl!!!!

The staff is always very helpful

This place offers so much more than their name implies. Don't get me wrong, they have a great selection of staples as well. They also sell Norton antivirus for less than Norton does themselves. They also have ink and paper too but that's probably too long to fit in the name. StaplesNortonInkPaper. You're right, that would just look weird.

Huge inventory. First time checking it out. Very helpful sales associate found printer cartridges that I needed and was on my way quickly, despite the numerous back-to-school shoppers.
