Randy was EXCELLENT... I had my 11 month old with me and had a challenging request (multiple cuts of wood) that required 4 different saws as well as 15 minutes of his valuable time. He made me feel as if I was the only one in the store. He even went out of his way to travel across the store afterwards to locate a shopping cart to haul everything so I wouldn't have to go through the trouble while pushing my daughter in her stroller. Gave me such a great impression of Grande Prairie as a new comer here.

Edie from the appliance department has been the best customer service I've experienced in years. It was so refreshing to have an associate provide the level of service that she did. I highly recommend dealing with her when buying new appliances.

The gentleman that assisted us, yesterday was totally awesome. He directed us to the proper area, retrieve a cart for us, answer all of my husband questions and even off to load our purchase. Never had such Great service. Wish I got his name.

Super awesome..friendly staff. Easy pickup for online orders. Drive up to the thing or just walk inside 20 steps to the counter and it's there. Thanks!!! Doesn't get any easier than that

Good selection of seasonal items. Plenty of painting supplies at a variety of prices. Didn't stock clear refills for 3M/Command hooks. Also they only have self check out open - only taking debit/credit. Very inconvenient when I wanted to pay cash.

They usually got what I need when I need it, but my recent experience is we went to pick up a couple things I had my girls with me they handed out this little wood building kit and it was so cool to watch my oldest work so hard and determined to build this, so thank you for giving me this moment, was super cool

Home Depot is a go-to for me! I love exploring tools, materials, and project ideas in the store. It's my DIY playground. The range and quality of products impress, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is super helpful too, which makes the experience even better. I'm a big fan of their kids' projects too – a fun touch. Definitely a place to visit for all things home improvement.

Great selection of houseplants! I have gotten many from them, and they have all been healthy, if occasionally, rootbound. Also, I am lead to understand they sell other things like tools. ;)

Amazing customer service ! I was shopping and researching online for a particular sink faucet, and i found the one i wanted and planned to go to GP's Home Depot later that day. When I got there in the evening the price had gone up $30. I had a photo / screenshot of the exact product and they honored the cheaper price for me. Thanks GP Home Depot ! Great service from your young man in the department that day, and the young guy in training at the self serve check out!

The workers are always kind and helpful as always. I don’t usually know what I’m looking for but they always point me in the right direction.

Hats off to Kayla for the excellent customer service that she provided on a recent visit pertaining to a flooring problem.

Home Depot is my go to store for so many items. Microwave, battery chain saw, garden plants and accessories, favourite paint, window blinds, tools and hardware. No argument returns, informative staff, great sales…yes: five stars.

Doug in the plumbing department was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind!!

I should say I hate this place but it is like an obsession with a kick of addiction spiced with some necessity. I'm here often and almost know where to find just about anything I could ever need

Ok I went to buy a cartridge for bathtub and it turns out to be Moen brand and it was free because Moen has warranty for life I was so happy to hear that

Excellent place to get the materials for your summer projects and house repairs and renovations. The tool rental here is excellent and their staff is extremely helpful. The rental price is also quite reasonable. I rented a drain snake machine here and they even send out someone to help you load it to your vehicle.

I'm always lost when I go here, because I suck at finding anything lol. But everytime I go, the staff are always so approachable and helpful.

Today, an older man with glasses and a big moustache helped me pick out space heaters. And a very polite nice man in a wheelchair helped me find my part for my toilet. Another lovely older lady with long hair and glasses by the plant section saw me carrying 3 space heaters and ran and got me a cart! I wish I got their names, but hope they get recognized. Always a good experience when I go here.

Needed a Moen warrantee cartridge, had previously been to Rona & the 2 ladies there said to call Moen & wouldn’t even look to see if they had any. Called Home Depot & they said to come right in & gave me the warantee parts. Was in & out in a flash. Great service.
