Pharmacy staff are incredible here . Have gone the extra mile for me more times than I can count over the years . The men and women working in the pharmacy have always been exceptionally kind

If you are looking to get Passport Photos done, the London Drugs Photo Lab is EXCELLENT. Located at the far left of the store, the service is friendly and professional. They use the same kind of screening check that Service Canada uses to review their photos - from lack of shine, proper height, straightness of the head, etc. I had my passport photo rejected twice before trying London drugs. I really appreciate their attention to detail.

Props to the employee at the photo lab today! Sorry I didn't catch your name (brown hair & beard). I went in with an order from the previous day where some of the photos came out very pixelated. He helped troubleshoot if the issue was on my end or not and I ended up with great pictures. 5 stars for your customer service, much appreciated!

The first employee to assist me was dismissive and didn't seem interested in troubleshooting the issue with me at all.

I ONLY go for the pharmacy services and I have NEVER had a bad experience with them!!

I don't go often but they were recommended as a good place to go to print photos. Everything is digital now and I'm not tech savvy. But Glenda walked me through every step, went above and beyond explaining things, showed how it's done, and encouraged me as I attempted to learn. Thank you so much for some of the best customer service I've received:)

This was our first time at a London drugs location, and we didn’t know what to expect. We figured it would just be like a shoppers drug mart… but it’s honestly so eclectic and random in the best ways. We really enjoyed it, and purchased a few vegan snacks that I’d never seen anywhere else before. We will for sure be back’

I brought my 120mm camera to the store to get my film developed. The woman working behind the counter in the camera section was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the process and was more than willing to help me out! Awesome service. Thank you!

I can't say. How much this place has saved my life. The pharmacists are amazing and accommodating and I love the fact they give u a Choc or candy before leaving!!!! I love you guys and wish there were more pharmacists like you. You make the rest of the pharmacies in town look like total stuck up judgemental a**h**es. If I could give 10 stars I would .The gentleman in the mobile department is a God. If anyone needs a new phone not pushed on them or some photographery help he is your man! He is a professional photographer studied at Nait and also one of the most helpful people I have ever come across!! I went In expecting to pay a good few hundred dollars to say the least and came out spending nothing and had all my dilemmas addressed and Fixed!! Also the makeup boutique is super ,the ladies are so friendly and mannerable! So stop in check it out!!

I had a brief but wonderful customer experience with Leah S, the assistant manager in the electronics department in Grande Prairie. She went above and beyond to help me solve an issue with a product I had purchased there. In todays world were EVERYTHING seems way more difficult than it should be, she totally exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

Went in for passport photos and a very friendly gentleman helped us. I didn’t catch his first name, last name Mah (sp?) and he answered all my questions and even gave us some wonderful travelling tips. Great customer service.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful

London Drugs has gotten much better since its renovation a few years back. The aisles are now more organized and the electronics section has been opened up and made more spacious.

This has been my pharmacy for years and Brooklyn is my go to, she is always amazingly helpful and non judgemental

I like this place for their gluten free selection of cookies and sweet things. I browse there on a fairly regular basis and find their grocery sections are often stocked with hard to find items. I like the coffee isle and the magazine isle too.

Marsha and Lori are wonderful ladies!!! They fixed the mistake that the London drugs customer care centre did while I was buying online and was supposed to pick up in store not ship to store and I was able to take the recliner I bought home with me the same day. Thank you ladies for helping me out today!!!

Rob in the apple iPhone department is absolutely the best tech I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing a phone from. I have been buying cell phones for my company for the past 20 years, and he is a 5 star employee.

Used to deal locally, but London drugs have now gotten all my business.
