Micheal at the mobile desk was very very helpful with us buying a new phone today, stellar service, patient with getting us a good deal and clarifying questions. He was also training another kind gentleman and was great with him. Best Buy should consider themselves very lucky to have Micheal on their team!

Darcy, CS rep, and Singh, Geek Swad rep, were patient to explain pros and cons for what gaming laptop my daughter wanted. We walked away feeling happy with the knowledge and information about the laptop my daughter purchased. Thank you guys!

Came in to return an x-box controller, as I had purchased the warranty, went to customer service to see what my steps were, customer service gave me the details on how to get my product returned, upon leaving you customer greeter “Bobbie” noticed me leaving with my old controller and paper, asked if everything was satisfactory, I said I was just leaving to fill out these forms online to return my controller, Bobbie said she could help me do that right here in the store, she proceeded to the customer service desk and filled out what I needed, stated I should be getting an email in 5-10 mins, if I wanted to shop the store and return when I receive it, she’ll get everything completed for me! And she did, saved me allot of time and another trip I. Case I had questions!

Absolutely amazing customer service from JJ today! I was up for a device upgrade with my carrier, he did everything to make it happen - in the end I ended up switching providers and getting a different phone due to circumstances beyond his control. JJ answered all my questions patiently and made the transition as smooth as possible. We will definitely be back as soon as our other lines are up for renewal.

This review is directly for Gage a sales associate at the grande prairie location. He is the only person I and my boyfriend will ever deal with at this location cause he seems to be the only one that knows what he is talking about. He has helped us with more than a handful of purchases & even when it comes to warranty he always makes sure it’s a smooth process for us, he is phenomenal. If you go into bestbuy I recommend specifically asking for him if you need help. I’ve found out he actually researches a lot of the products in store to be able to better help the customers.

Justin helped me trouble shoot, my broken, older Samsung. He was patient, and very nice about setting up my even older-yet, back-up phone.

New employee JJ and another employee, Michael, were SUPER helpful in getting me a new phone as I just turned 18 and am trying to get on my own phone plan. JJ sat with us for a good hour and a bit, helping me find solutions to every little inquiry I had. Michael was also very helpful as he was guiding JJ along. Both of these gentlemen showed exceptional customer service and we will be returning with pleasure:)

I went with my friend to help her purchase a tablet / laptop and Bradley helped us. I’ve worked in sales and definitely haggled him a fair amount because I wanted my friend to feel confident in he purchase. He was so well versed in everything and got her a great deal.

Bryan with Best Buy's cellular services was impeccable in his knowledge and had a fantastic attitude. Helped set me up, and showed me a plan much much better than what I had in mind. I was surprised he is still "In Training", his know how is far beyond someone who is typically in training. Excellent service Best buy. Would recommend.

The folks at this Best Buy have always been great to me. I buy most of my purchases online now but if it's something I know Best Buy stocks, I go to this store. Selection is pretty good for the size of store. I buy some pretty niche computer parts on a regular occasion and there is usually something in stock that you're not going to find anywhere else in this town (at least anywhere close to MSRP). And if they do not have it, the staff are more than happy to recommend available online stock. They have honored price matching on products I purchased then went on sale within 30 days. The only item I ever had to return was a house brand air conditioner that did not live up to how it was advertised. My money was returned to me no questions asked. Too boot, an employee came over while I was browsing after the return and confirmed that a few of them had been returned and offered to take my name for when more a/c units came in.
In a town where the understanding of customer service is sadly lacking, Best Buy stands out as how to run a retail operation!

The Grande Prairie Best Buy has been amazing to deal with. We just bought all new appliances and the management and support staff have been absolutely incredible in assisting us. I have bought appliances here before and was very happy with the service. This time though, they went above and beyond. I'd especially like to thank Arnold, Cole and RJ for all they did to help my family and I. There is simply no better place in GP to buy your appliances. They are no hassle and they want to service you like a King and Queen! Just fantastic service, which is a rare commodity in Grande Prairie! Thank you all so much and Merry Christmas to All!!

I love shopping at best buy. The friendly staff always greet you as soon as you enter and leave their store. I like seeing new faces at the store and it's not frustrating that they don't know what the answer is to my questions. They are doing the best they can. Compared to Future shop, best buy has the best layout for their store. It's practically a horseshoe, start on one side and walk around. You'll find all you need. Future shop had the worst set up and when I asked their mobile staff a question about my phone they were rude to me and told me to wait while they helped another customer. Their store always had maintenance issues as well, damaged roof tiles and broken windows. I recommend best buy to everybody.

I just wanted to give praise and appreciation to an outstanding experience I had with Riley at the returns counter. I know my situation was not the easiest to handle, but Riley kept his composure during the whole time and he was very apologetic for the length of time it was taking to find a solution. He not only found a solution for me, but he was also making sure that he was acknowledging other customers who were waiting behind me. I know it can be an overwhelming time of year for retail workers; I appreciate the time he spent on my “case” and I hope he’s commended for a job well done! Koodos Riley, keep up the great work!!!
