Total Tools Sunbury

The staff are super nice and friendly here. They had what we needed (the last one there!) And carried it out to the car for me. Definitely recommend this store 👌 lots of range although the aisles are very compact.

Great place selling quality tools at good prices.
I believe that like most people, years ago we started to buy at the "big warehouse" in town as they were much cheaper and sold similar things.
With the lockdown we could not find a lot of construction materials or tools and had to search in different places. We were surprised to fins out that with the years, other bigger stores are selling inferior quality items for almost the same price as a good quality one in Total Tools.
The items we found in Total Tools are better quality and last longer than the cheap ones purchased in major stores and the difference in price is none or not more than a couple of dollars. They made the job easier and faster and we did not have to buy spare parts to continue working until the end of the job.
At the end of the day it is the case of not get used to one store and look around and also check the quality of what you get as getting the cheaper tool was getting more expensive as we had to replace blades, drill bits and other parts or even buy a second tool to finish one job.
I recommend Total Tools as the service is great, the price is right and the quality is there.

I purchased a milwaukee kit online with pickup from the Sunbury store. I was welcomed into the store by friendly staff, i told them i was there to pick up my order the staff member passed it over to Kyle the superviser/manager? Who was the bearer of bad news that the particular kit i had purchased had been sold out last week although the website said they where still in stock at his branch. He went through differnet solutions trying make it work for me. I explained i was in need of the tools for my job and he went the extra distance to make me up the kit from there stock, i realise that he had no obligation to do this for me and could have just offered a refund and apologie. This is the level of service that i really see and will not hesitate to recommend!
