Joe the Ops Manager in store is an unsung customer service wizard and champion. I called in for a non-sales related issue and Joe went above and beyond to assist with my Electrolux oven query.

Being in sales and customer service myself, the issue I had is something that only 1/100 service reps would go out of their way to assist with and for that I am truly grateful.

Joe deserves any and all positive recognition that he is getting and is truly deserving of any raises and promotions that are on the cards at The Good Guys.

Yet again had another awesome experience with store member Claude
. A few months ago we were renovating and needing all white goods . Claude was so patient , helpful and knowledgeable. We could not speak more highly of his service .
Today we went back as we were needing another full house of white goods for a house build .
I was hoping he was working and we were in luck ! Claude yet again , was patient , helpful and knew so much about the items we were purchasing .
It was a busy Saturday but we were never made to feel rushed nor did he make us feel like he was just wanting to sell us anything . It was all about Claude offering us the best advice about the items we required .

Maddy at the front counter was very helpful. She coordinated my return of a defective item under warranty.

She arranged a replacement item for us from another Goodguys store in regional Victoria.

Special mention to Chris at the Sunbury store. I understand there are two but he knows who he is. Legend was super helpful in problem solving some issues I had in identifying the right cooktop. Arrange for payment quickly and smoothly.
Helped arrange delivery and provided his professional services with some other questions I had. True gentleman ✔

We were assisted by Onur in sales with purchasing a TV, air fryer and dishwasher.
He understood our budget, requirements and showed us options across several brands for our consideration, giving us an acceptable deal.
Onur was very knowledgeable, honest, unbiased and genuine in his advise and we felt as customers we benefited from his experience.
We feel Onur is a valuable asset to The Good Guys and should be recognised accordingly. 👍

I recently visited the Sunbury store to purchase a few things and I was served by a gentleman named Peter T. Peter went above and beyond to help me with what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the different products.
Peter was so kind and he really made me feel like his number one priority, was to make sure I was making an informed decision about the products in my price range.
I know I took up a lot of Peter’s time but he never made me feel that way.

Went in store today, and was helped by Nigel. Have had experience of Nigels customer service before, its always been 5 star, whether Im spending $59 like last time or $1300 like today.
Super knowledgeable, friendly, and nothing is too hard, always goes the extra mile to help. The Good Guys in Sunbury always makes you feel welcome, its like a good local family run store.
Keep up the good works guys, it keeps me coming back.

I was really impressed with my recent shopping experience here. The sales assistant, Claude, took the time to discuss different tvs, explaining the differences to justify the wide variance of prices and making it much easier to select a tv that suited my requirements.

I am setting up a home office. Can't recommend the two Chris' in the tech section and the gentleman who put the pricing offer together (whose name I didn't catch) and every staff member I had interaction with. Before, during and after the sale . Thank you all very much!

For 2 days been trying to get help from a few other Stores, I called Sunbury spoke to a very helpful young man called Tyson and straight away he helped me and sorted everything out. Great Service so happy Tyson helped me out :-)

I wanted to say a massive thank you to Daniel (F) who helped me purchase a coffee machine yesterday. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me choose the right machine for us. Best customer service I've had in a long time.

I went to good guys in Sunbury, I told a girl at the cashier what I wanted to buy. I couldn't get anyone to serve me. I rang the Melton store they had stock of the item, I walked in got served within a few minutes. I was at the reviving bay in no time. That was also a very friendly quick pickup.

Loved the service we received from Leanne in store today. Good, old fashioned style!
What a delight she was to deal with. Needs to be more Leannes' in the world!

My wife and I were in the market for a new TV and as part of our initial research we decided to visit Good Guys in Sunbury. We had done a good bit of internet searching, so were reasonably well prepared but intended to visit a number of major retailers to compare.
When we entered the store we were fortunate enough to be greeted by Onah who was the TV specialist. We told him our intentions with which he had no problems. Long story short – we walked out with our new TV. Onah was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. He wasn’t married to any one brand and pointed out the pros and cons of each.
He managed to come up with a compelling and competitive offer. Very pleased with the experience.
