Coles Sunbury

This store provided me with a delicious lunch of Doritos and Tick Taks

Large Coles located within the modern Sunbury Square Shopping Centre. Usual range of products sold at Coles with well implemented Covid 19 measures with hand sanitizer and trolley wipes at the entrance, social distancing reminders and floor markers. Spotless public toilets are clearly signposted and just to the left of the Coles store within the complex, adjacent to the small food court.

Very clean, store, friendly and helpful staff. Lots to choose from as you would expect from any Coles store. Has lots of parking outside.

I'd been going to the Woolworths on Horne Street for quite some time, and quite a number of their staff and very rude and it seems some of the
management allow it as if they have the right to be rude.
Across the foot bridge, Coles, is a breath of fresh air. They are polite and friendly, always willing to lend a hand

A better major super market. Lots of variety. Staff are friendly and prices aren't too bad. Weekly specials are fantastic

Great range of products, a very busy store and pleased with their check-outs as they are quick to serve.

My wife and I regularly shop at coles Sunbury and have always felt welcome. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.
But this mornings experience put the icing on the cake.
We were shopping today ( May 27 at 11 AM ) and were queued at register 13 behind an elderly lady who was struggling a bit with her shopping bag etc. The young man at the checkout register went above and beyond what we would normally expect to see. He helped her with her change, he untangled her shopping bag which was caught up around her shoulders, and then helped her pack her bag.
What a pleasure to watch. He should be congratulated for his caring attitude.

I really liked this store. Nice and big with so many options. Wide range of extra products available including the Coles clothing line that doesn't appear to be in every store. The staff are just lovely . Friendly and efficient . Well presented and the produce looks quite good and fresh . East parking and access to the store.

I love this shop because its alot cheaper than any another shop . Coles very good Supermarket but things have got a bit dear especially the meat and chicken.

The most amazing and helpful Makenzie at the self serve conveyor checkout. Helped me with every difficult step. Thank you for being there with me. Best customer service ever.

In times of covid sometimes the humanity gets lost amid the protocols that keep us safe from covid 19.
Today I experienced a health issue with my back and was unable to empty my trolley at the checkout. The checkout girl Zara emptied the trolley and processed my purchase placing the bags in the trolley.
As I was having difficulty walking Scottie escorted me to my car , loaded the groceries and made sure that I was in the car and able to drive before going back into the store.
These two acts of kindness were greatly appreciated. Thankyou both so much and to the management at Coles they are a wonderful endorsement of customer care.

Received exceptional service at this store tonight by one of the staff members known as young Sophie. Her attention to detail and willingness to provide the best customer experience was extremely praiseworthy. She is most definitely an extraordinary asset to the Coles organisation.

Old Mother Hubbard went to the supermarket to get her poor dog a bone but when she got there the selves were bare, and so her poor dog had none.......lucky he didn't need toilet paper cause he has a tongue. Four stars for the great work and tolerance of the Coles staff. No photos, because who wants to be reminded of people behaving badly.

Friendly customer service, clean, good variety of veg & fruit. Bakery section has reduced not as much variety. Great range of flowers.

The staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help , I've been shopping there for 13 years and I wouldn't change, they get to know you and are always genuinely happy to see you. They also have great specials.
