I personally love their gardening section. Friendly staff who are glad to help. I have never once encountered a rude staff member here. Can recommend this Bunnings if you are in the area.

A huge thank you to Bernie. I was sent on an errand to get roofing screws, bolts and washers and I was in way over my head. Bernie was able to find everything I needed she was so kind and so helpful. She made a very stressful job so easy. Bernie you are wonderful keep doing what you do.

Staff are friendly here than any Bunnings store I have visited. Good suggestions from team members from product knowledge to general customer service. Hats off to everyone here.

Had a great experience this afternoon. I got honest and great advice from a lovely lady named Paula. Thank you for helping me navigate an area i wasn't sure with. I now feel confident in my small task of a temp fence with all of the right tools and products. Grateful to have a friendly person like yourself in our Sunbury store.

Large store, well stocked staff very pleasant and helpful.

Walked in and the Girl at the front was very friendly. I needed help and a young guy took the time to actually help me and find out if they stocked a particular item I was desperate for. Although Bunnings didn't stock that particular item, the young guy still looked and then went to see if someone more knowledgeable would know.

Bunnings has a great culture generally

Great service, friendly staff, almost everything you need.

Rocked up on Sunday afternoon helping out my brother with some tapware issues (his Methven kitchen mixer had crapped itself after less than a year).

We flagged down young Jess "go go gadget arms" near the tapware section, now Jess was busy with something else but gave us directions to the trades service desk to resolve our issue.
The trades service desk staff were pretty dismissive and suggested that we go see the blue service desk near the tapware section, so we did.

We arrived and there was a couple there engaged with the solo staff member behind the counter, then a Karen couple tried to ambush Her whilst assisting them, by this stage my brother was getting annoyed and he decided to go save his wife at home with no water.

We were heading out to the checkout with a few other items and on the way past the paint desk Jess asked us if we'd sorted out issue, when we said "no", Jess with a determined look on her face and some computer wizardry gave us the information we needed to chase up a warranty claim on the product purchased from and installed by Bunnings Maribyrnong.

I'm a soldier for the salvation army yesterday at Bunnings I was collecting money for the Red Shield Appeal Bunnings kindly let us set up a table there. But I do also shop there they have so many staff all willing to find what you need, and if you need something Bunnings has it. It's a huge store I don't think that the best AFL player could kick a football the full length, it is wheelchair friendly and there staff are great!!. Thankyou Bunnings.

Should have bought shares in Bunnings YEARS ago 😂 I’ve spent so much money here over the last 20 years or so it’s ridiculous. They’ve generally had everything I’ve wanted. And there are plenty of people to point you in the right direction if you can’t find something...

Not only did she go above and beyond to help me with something which most wouldn’t care less about, she was also so polite, caring and kind.
