Very smooth Click n Collect system. Woolworths has come a long way since COVID.

Clean supermarket with a good range. Bottleshop attendants are very helpful. Great takeaway shops nearby.

I just want to give a bit shout out to the fantastic staff at the boot collection area. Each time I have been to pick up my groceries they have been polite, helpful and lovely to talk to. Thank you for your great customer service.

Accidentally clicked collect for my groceries & forgot to pick them up before going home. Called the store & spoke with Robyn at the front counter she was so awesome & helpful in making sure I could change it to another time, it’s much appreciated. Thank you😄

Supper Store, all kitchen needs can buy here. Nowadays some items are completely disappear due to bulk purchase from some customers because of C-Virus thread in all over the world.

Woolworths Rosenthal, Is a great supermarket they have all you need and the staff there are great, if you aren't familiar with where things are and you want a particular product, they will happily assist you and find what you are looking for not only that if you have a walking stick or a Walker and you can't search for what you need they will find that product and bring it right to you. Also if you don't want to shop where there is a large crowd this is the supermarket is for you! I shop there myself and I have never had a bad experience. I give this store a thumbs up!

There are certain items i only find in this Woolies shop. My local doesn't have them

The aisles are well set out and tidy. The staff are friendly and approachable. I especially like the sensory hour in the morning. It's good to see Woolworths making shopping easier for special needs parents and children.

I am giving 5 stars based solely on the staff. I had the pleasure of Ange assisting me today in store and she was super friendly and helpful! Management should commend her on her fantastic customer service. Checkout staff are always friendly but they really need more checkouts open - it's really not acceptable to not have numerous checkouts open...alot of the time the wait is ridiculous. I'm so glad it appears they've started to clean their shopping baskets, through covid they've been filthy. Pls keep cleaning them for your customers!

Sunbury's newest supermarket opened on 12th June 2019. The store is fresh, bright and cheerful with lots of excitement.

I love this little store. It is my new favorite supermarket , the staff are friendly, helpful and most importantly they love being there and live there job. It's refreshing to see. Everything you need is here just like the bigger stores. Fantastic car park and a whole row of oversized disabled parks right along the front of the complex. Xx
