BIG W Sunbury

It's been a while since I stepped my foot at Big W Sunbury. Honestly, they're getting better than ever 👍🏻 Bought some clothes here and some household supplies ✅

I love it. Great 👍 parking 🅿. Easy to get into and out, don’t have to walk inside massive shopping centres to get to it. I don’t live in Sunbury but l go there because they always have the stock not my local store. And it convenient. Great staff also.

Just what you would expect from a variety store. You can get 'everything' for your house in one place. From appliances, clothes, gardening, toys, cosmetics, computer games to school and toy needs. It is also a cost effective way to back up your digital photos with 10c prints (next day pickup). Staff at the photo booth are also very friendly and helpful.

Went to big W Sunbury today, and I must say what amazing service I received from Lauren she serving me the register so friendly, smiley and helpful. Thank you so much.

Easy click and collect. Has 2 bays at the front and the collecting was a breeze.

Good Big W. Has all the things. The staff definitely don't go out of their way to check with someone looking completely lost (me) and they stride very purposely past you without eye contact so you don't really have a chance to say I need help without body slamming them. Otherwise it's clean and good range.

I ordered a product on line last night and received a confirmation within a few minutes. This morning I received an email that my pick up was ready. We arrived at BigW and within a few minutes I had my package and was on my way. The system worked extremely well and the staff were very helpful.

One of the cleanest big w stores I have been too. Items were in their correct places, displays were neat and tidy. Lots of bargains as well. Staff were around so if you needed assistance you could ask. Register areas were a breeze. Great experience.

I would like to compliment Chelsea from tech who was so helpful when we were getting some photo's done. She did not just help us but ensured that she assisted every customer that came to see her. She was patient and took the time to explain. Excellent customer service!

A very friendly place where my friends and I had a little roam around to look at things we were interested in. One of my friends didn't have his mask with him. Luckily, I asked an employee who was checking that people had their masks on, if he was giving masks from his container of masks to people who didn't have masks. He said he was and my friend was able to enter Big W safely! A big thank you goes out to all the employees who are helping to keep everyone safe!

Wow! What an extremely beautiful place. Staff are so friendly and make you feel comfortable to stop and have a laugh and you could genuinely see the Christmas spirit shining through the store. Wishing everyone there a Merry Christmas.
