Chloe at Pet Stock Sunbury helped me when I came in close to closing struggling to find the right food for my dog due to shortages of his usual brand. Calmed me by helping go through the possible other brands and reading all the ingredients so I didn't buy the wrong thing again. Thank you so much Chole. Great customer service and amazing product knowledge.

Zoe from puppy pre school was absolutely amazing, my puppy started early December as a crazy golden retriever & now Luna knows her basic training. We also love coming to pet stock all the stuff are friendly & full of good information and helpful 😊

I have no idea about fish and then Bec came to the rescue she was so helpful and knowledgeable about what fish to buy for my pond. She told me to bring a water sample and they will test it for free. Great service thanks

Top store and staff for all your pet needs! After a couple of our Clown Loaches ( Beautiful black and orange coloured fish) had a few issues, I was helped by a fantastic staff member who was extreamly knowledgeable and caring. Thank you Bec :) A shout out to the manager there too, you have a great team.

Excellent Customer Service. Staff at the Sunbury Store are very knowledgeable about the products they sell.
They have made my 13 year old Groodle so happy and healthy with their suggestions.

Awesome online shop too. Prompt Delivery, limited recycle packaging, huge range and user friendly. A huge thumbs up from my Dog!! 🐶🐕🤘 Unfortunately, they no longer stock my dry dog food. I'm having to order it from a competitor 😪

Such helpful and friendly staff, I needed help with my older cat and the lovely young woman in charge was able to provide me with excellent advice on how to care for her. I also love taking my son in to see all the colourful fish which he talks about for days after. A very pleasant place to visit on Saturday mornings!

Always amazing service and help here. Best pet store in Sunbury. My Standard Poodle loves going here and picking her and her Cavalier sisters food as well as other items. They even help you carry your items to the car 😊

I don't usually write reviews but had a such a pleasant experience here. I just bought my niece a puppy and we really needed some essentials to start us out. The staff members were so friendly and amazingly helpful I was so grateful to visit this Petstock.

THE most helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff of any pet store I've ever been to. and that's a LOT! i used to go elsewhere, but not now..... this has everything and the knowledge to go with it.
