Excellent place for trying wine before you buy, extremely important

Troy provided exemplary customer service today. He gave excellent advice about the perfect wine to celebrate an occasion. He then offered to take the labels off the bottle so we could put the celebration label on (PhD). Troy took the time to clean the glue off the bottle and fitted the new label with great skill. Thanks Troy, for all your help.

Lovely customer experience. There was a discrepancy between the online member price and the offline cost. Addressed really well and consumer focussed. Couldn't have asked for anything more! Loved the place and the experience!

I can see a mixture of ratings about this store … my experience has been 5 stars since I arrived here in Sunbury … I have never experienced the same service in Watergardens as I do in Sunbury … they are all legends … managers, staff etc … had several issues with a couple of things … example: Old J the bottle top wouldn’t twist open… straight swap… another time I accidentally made an order to pickup in a different store … they guided me kindly how to handle it …. Everytime I am in store they ask if I need any help … honestly I cannot relate to any bad experience with these guys … keep up the good work 👍🏼👍🏼

Not being a big drinker myself, was pleasantly surprised by the service here when trying to find a nice drink for the hubby’s birthday. Too many options to choose from.

Returned a favourite wine of mine today as it just didn't taste right... customer service was absolutely wonderful, by the manager and the two lovely ladies on the registers. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, young girl on the floor smiling and saying hello. Sadly it's not often you get this experience. Bloody awesome Sunbury team!!!

You know those stores where you spend 5 minutes trying to find someone to assist you or even acknowledge you are there. This is not one of them. Every time I have been there I have been greeted and offered assistance by several friendly staff.

I swung by on a quiet night (tonight) and Troy (I hope it was Troy, definitely started with a T) was exceedingly helpful, he walked me around the store and gave me a heap of advice on lots of drinks that I wasn't familiar with.

What this Dan Murphy's lacks in size it makes up for with customer service The team is very knowledgeable and helpful. They know their product range very well and are always happy to help. Although it's a smaller store, car parking is never an issue and it's very conveniently located in the middle of town.
