We are travelling and needed some products for our caravan.
Everyone I spoke to were great and very helpful. Large range of camping, fishing, 4×4 gear.

Always friendly & attentive service, well laid out shop. Everything you need for your outdoor adventures under 1 roof! Special mention to Michael who is brilliant at his job, nothing was too much trouble and he even helped me carry and load my kayak.
Keep doing what you're doing guys and girls, love your work!!

So much to look at. Nicely laid out and easy to navigate the store with stroller/pram. Found what we were looking for easily.

This place is huge and packed with everything for the sports enthusiast. My husband needed a couple of waterproof dive flashlights. They had them at a great price! Although they didn't have rechargeable batteries for them, they knew exactly where to send us to get them.

Great friendly service - particularly Cade, thorough gentleman. He was very helpful in assisting an old man carry a heavy gas bottle! Thank you 🙏

I attended the other orange camping store and the staff did not wish to help or even acknowledge my presence,so I left.
Greetings from staff at BCF soon as I walked in the door.(massive difference)
Staff helped with my decisions with great input and am now negotiating the use of my new stand up paddle board.

Thanks to the amazing fishing staff in Cairns BCF, I went in last week wanting a graphite rod , new reel and lures to catch a ‘metrey’’
This was a hope, yet first time I went out I got it. FYI 1.3m Barracuda. His tips about how to use it was there (he spent 10 minutes teaching me)
Going home on a plane meant I had no way to pack it but once again different staff worked out a solution
Everyone was so helpful and yes like all trips to BCF I found other things I needed LOL

Great service and even better that they price match, saves waiting on stuff to come in the mail!

The service is excellent.the people that work in the Cairns store make the experience.most of the other stores could do alot better if they had the same quality of staff and the work ethics as bcf Cairns good on you,s.i will definitely be back

Great customer service and fishing advice from Shannon in the fishing department. I'm Very happy with the rod and reel combo he suggested.

Excellent help and advise from staff. After shopping around, they were able to beat a competitor's pricing on a certain product and also accepted a return to reduce the cost further.

Love looking through and shopping at BCF whenever the opportunity comes. Looking at prices for fishing combo's and found them well priced and if you are a BCF member the prices are great.

BCF what can I say about BCF it's BCFing great, I'd give my eye teeth to work at BCF . Yesterday the young lady that assisted me knew her stuff, looking for a head light and gave some great advice. Thanks young lady.
