Good supermarket is clean and products easy to find. Staff are always very helpful too.

Great people friendly staff good prices

I recently visited Coles Westcourt and was extremely impressed with their level of service. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store had a great selection of products ranging from fresh produce to packaged goods, with prices that were very competitive compared to other supermarkets in the area.

The checkout process was smooth and efficient, with no long queues even though it was quite busy when I visited. The fresh produce looked amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. I bought some chicken skewers, pork sausages as well as a box of fruit which all tasted delicious.

The store itself was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant shopping experience. They also have a great range of ready-made meals that are perfect for busy households or people on the go. All in all, an excellent supermarket offering quality food at affordable prices and outstanding customer service - highly recommended!

Nice place! Once, I was approached by a lady who was asking for money! She walked so fast towards me when I firmly said, "I don't have any!" Lucky, the security guard was there to tell her off! Apparently, she is well known for harassing people for money, and if you dont give, she can become aggressive! Was told she is banned from shops ?? This was at car park lot! I was going in my car!
Thought she was going to grab me!!

I did a click n collect order but they were sold out of what I wanted and gave me a substitute. Unfortunately the substitute was not optimal so I took it back to trade it in for the one I wanted which had come back in stock. They had no issues doing that for me 😁 very pleased!

Friendly staffs, tidy and clean.

Probably the best Coles in Cairns. Best parking, well trained staff. Good re-stocking policy, well lit, Cleaner than most with checkouts perfectly maintained. Least amount of shopping stress.

The customer facing staff at Coles DFO are wonderful. I go there at odd times of the day and night and the staff are threatened by poor management practises, the managers at Coles DFO dock the pay of their workers and make their lives miserable.
Even with drone managers the staff at Coles DFO are first class and really care about their customers.
One can only hope Coles do not automate all the cash register lanes, because I know many of my friends do not want to see the friendly staff at Coles DFO disappear. As a customer, I have no interest in being an unpaid employee of Coles and have to check out my purchases.
I think Coles needs to audit the performance of the managers and supervisors at Coles DFO and bring in new talent that truly support their front line staff.

Their fruit & vegetable section is always fantastic. Easy parking. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I feel so blessed to have all of this wonderful fresh food available from Coles DFO any time I need it.

The deli, bakery, produce and layout is the reason I come here to shop.. The checkout is usually not too busy, I'll shop in the quieter hours and it's nearly like you have the place to yourself.. And the people who work there., really friendly and approachable.. Will always shop there..

Great supermarket with great prices, i am very satisfied with there specials.

I went to Coles about 4.45pm. On a Friday it's not too crowded and you can wander up and down the ailses at your leisure. Most of the shelves were restocked and there was plenty of fresh fruit and veggies. I did a big shop and was home just after 6pm.

I always enjoy the shopping experience here! They have great fresh fruit and veges. The meat and seafood deli offer a great range of top quality products.

I love the bag your own dried fruit, nuts and snack area. Don't see many of them around anymore. And the coles organic unsweetened almond milk is a winner.
