JB Hi-Fi Rosny Park

The service was amazing. I went in with my grandmother and the staff were lovely and spoke in clear terms for her but didn't treat her like a child. I would definately recommend visiting the store for your electronics.

Michael is a champion and helped us out after we were screwed around by the Telstra store. He had us set up with new accounts and sims in 10min, very competent and helpful. Thanks Michael.

It's great when I walk in I see what new horror movies 🎬 they had. The prices are amazing for a michael jackson concert BAM 12.95 and the deals are amazing and the people are kind and the customer service is great when I returned the nun I got a another one for the exact same price it's recommended for people 😀 5 stars 🌟

Great staff, very relaxed and inviting atmosphere, staff are more than happy to help if you need it, great isles to walk through, wide enough for wheelchairs or the elderly to safely navigate.
Overall experience excellent.

Couple of days ago, while visiting JB WI FI Store in Rosny, I met Sam and the pretty Ethiopian young girl (Biz!?) Very nice and friendly people, really The Good Guys! God sent Biz to help me finding what need, while Sam to greet us while leaving their store!

Great store policies but the staff are constantly walking around ignoring customers. After many visits and purchases in the store every visit I see groups of staff members just standing and talking. All in all it's a great store but the staff need a good kick up the bum

Got a new iPhone from Rik! Great customer service! Went above and beyond - offering to help and look into our plan details and got us a good saving on our monthly plan! Was refreshing to get such good service with a great can do attitude

Friendly service and great product range

Quick turnaround on click and collect and most staff are knowledgeable and helpful. For example, I went it to buy an apple pencil and the staff member took the time to make sure I'd selected one that was compatible with my iPad version. I'd actually selected an incompatible pencil but with help from the store staff I purchased the right one.

It's a treasure trove for tech junkies like I've become since trying to get involved with the new world paradigm of social media and cloud computing,I'm fully into it all now, I'm starting to learn code, JavaScript,C++, c node etc

Great jb hifi store.

Large with friendly, informed staff. We looked at a range of phones, headphones and laptops. Great range sand good prices.

Good signposting to get there on the ground floor.

We had to return my husbands DJI Drone and Liv and Ross made it so easy! We mentioned that we were in Tasmania on holiday and they took the time to talk to us about hot spots to add to our list. They were so kind and made the process of returning to wonderful. Thanks again Liv and Ross, you guys are awesome!
