Great location across from the docks, close to cafes and restaurants. Price includes everything that you would expect from a high-class hotel. The concierge desk is well staffed and more than happy to assist with luggage trolleys and other enquiries.

Would 100% recommend and cannot wait to stay again. From check in to check out everything exceeded expectations. Easy to find, simple parking, incredible location right across the road from the harbour within walking distance of everything! Staff were so friendly, helpful, down to earth and went above and beyond. Best service we've had in a long time! Room was a great size, exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds, amazing view and well equipped. Will be back.

A very lovely hotel in every way. The room and beds were sumptuous. I enjoyed the luxury so much that I stayed in my room each evening enjoying delicious room service meals. I was on a painting tour and I enjoyed joining my fellow artists for breakfast each morning and our farewell drinks and dinner on the last night was also magnificent. I can definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

The hotel had the best breakfast buffet I've ever tried, with fresh fruit for a juicer machine, and any sort of eggs you could wish for made in minutes. Thank you to the staff for a lovely stay.

I made a last-minute reservation at this hotel due to a sudden availability in my schedule. The check-in process was efficient and hassle-free. The rooms exceeded my expectations, boasting a remarkable level of quality and offering an array of amenities, including a luxuriously spacious bed and thoughtful extras that added an extra touch of opulence. I am unable to find any fault with this establishment and I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to book a stay here again in the near future when I am in the vicinity.

Outstanding hotel, restaurant and bar excellent, rooms also excellent, view of harbour amazing, banquets and functions rooms were also excellent, staff team are all friendly and welcoming. Well located next to concert hall in foyer.

2nd time staying here as the location straight across from piers with abudance of places to eat, and close walk to business centre is amazing. Lots of history to see with statues and information plaques on your walks. We like the harbour view rooms, view is just stunning across the harbour. Downstairs is the perfect place to sit with a cocktail and simply relax. Great customer service and highly recommended. 👍

We booked afternoon High Tea, and the hotel had the Halal option 👏👏
Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices including a chef to make your choice of omelette 😋

Once again cannot fault this hotel. Staff so friendly, nothing is a problem. I particularly liked the little things like windscreen washing equipment in the car park.

Great friendly clean place, restaurant is to die for, cross the road and you are at the pier, we had harbour side view so the scene is so nice day and night highly recommend. Bus stops at motel, market down the road.

The staff went out of their way to make sure our 97 year old Mother's birthday afternoon tea went off without a hitch. They helped with parking, changed our seating to a quiet area, and were helpful and super attentive. Highly recommended.

Family of 4 stayed here for 2 night. Perfect location, rooms were lovely and large in size. Room service available and a restaurant down stairs. Parking available at a charge. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. I was a little up in the air about staying here as it was so cheap and the website doesn’t show too much information. So glad we did though as it was value for money. Pool available, laundry mat and gym. Buffet breakfast for $35 kids $15. Would come back for sure.
