Great store and very friendly helpful staff

Open to 11pm but sometimes wrong changes

Two times recently I have gone and grabbed 4 or 6 packs when they've had a promo running where you can get an extra drink for a few extra dollars. Both times I've declined the offer and both times the young female service person was quite rude about it. Most recently after I declined the extra drink she said "you DON'T want an extra drink for only $2!?" I said "No. This is fine". To which I got a roll of the eyes and an "okaaaaay!".
So a bit pushy on the upselling for my appreciation and given that the product is an addictive substance they should probably stop the hard sell and let the promotions speak for themselves. I mean what would be the reaction if people were being harassed by businesses to gamble more or buy more cigarettes? Anyway. I'll just opt to go to one of three hundred other bottle shops in the area instead.

All the staff are friendly except one male ,roughly 35,dark hair, very dark attitude, and arrogant.
I think he's the grunter from someone else's review.
He needs a new job

Staff are lovely but why is it called 9/11 when they close way before 11pm. Time for a name change. They wouldn’t shut early in their city shop.

same feelings about the name needs changed, 11 never happens... many times doesn't even make it to 10pm, and once i got there 10.30pm, they were open but had already closed the tills and would not take any payment from me, pretty sneaky having the door open at 10.30pm at all if not dealing service

Never open till eleven, false advertising, should change their name.

Took my items to the counter. Was yawned at by the attendant. He totaled the items and said "thirty six" ! Not another word.

9/11 pffft 9/8. Pathetic!!!! False advertisement.

Over priced. Not a very good range.
