Woolworths Channel Court

On Wednesday 4th Oct 2023 my wife and I were shopping at the Channel Court Woolworth's.

We were standing in line at a check out, my wife has a problem standing for long periods, when Ritesh opened a check out for us to quickly be served.

We appreciate Ritesh's consideration and initiative, he is a credit to your store.

We look forward to shopping there again.

Hi there, I have just been shopping in Channel Court Woolworths.
I was waiting in the line for self check out when staff member Isobel offered to serve me at an other check out.
She opened it up, ran my shopping thru swiftly, packed my bags and even put my bags in the trolley whilst I paid.
One of the issues we've always had with Woolworths is that queues build up and noone opens up a check out (even for just a handful of customers) to relieve the pressure.
I might add Coles does this frequently.
Isobel was efficient, friendly, professional & showed forethought & initiative, a valued staff member for your store.

I was served at the checkout by Daniel today. I was having an average day up until then, but his happy personality and kind service really puts a smile on the face.
I wish management would allocate more staff to the checkouts and listen to the feedback customers are giving.

Great supplies and good service. I always get a smile on my dial when I go through this particular woollies, I can't help it now that I know a few of the staff by name. Always a pleasure dropping in here for milk and bread, my usual run. ;)

Great place to shop but not a good place to stay with the parking. If you overstay your welcome you are served with a parking fine which is just ridiculous when there are so many empty spots. Shame on channel court owners. Money hungry.

My 2nd shopping location in Kingston, not as big as the main woolies but handy if shopping in channel court

Shopping trolley was cleaned on entry to the store. They had a (dedicated) staff member stand at the entrance cleaning shopping trolley handles. Thank you!

Yes Woolies is a great shop for EVEEYTHING but,for me its a BIG supermarket to get around,especially if you just want one or two items!! I perfer COLES and COLES is much much Cheaper 🤗

Nice and big store close to home. Attracts customers to the centre and therefore to other stores, which is also a nice benefit of it being there.
