Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a difficult request and he managed to work it out same day for me, excellent service.

Designing my ensuite was a breeze - instead of the painful process I was expecting - thanks to Ruby, the Warana showroom consultant. So many lovely choices. Very happy, too, with the pricing! Ruby speedily compiled a dossier of my choices to forward to my builder. What a gem!!

Just wanted to give a great big 'thumbs up' to Samios Plumbing and in particular Graeme who went out of his way to help me with a plumbing issue in my home. Its not very often these days that you see true, good old fashioned 'customer service', and that's exactly what this was. Thank you Graeme and thank you Samios Plumbing. I purchased a 1/4 turn tap from this company in October last year which recently failed, I had no receipt or proof of purchase and didn't even remove the tap to prove it had failed, I spoke to a staff member whom I'd never met before as I wanted to purchase another tap but wanted to make sure if this was a common issue or should I try a different brand the staff member advised he had no known previous issues of early failure and then returned with a replacement, as I tried to pay he advised NO CHARGE, for a staff member to replace an item at no charge with ZERO proof I had purchased the tap there and whom I hadbt realty with before was an amazing experience, and justifies why I always buy my plumbing supplies from Samios 10/10👍
