EB Games / ZiNG - North Lakes

I come here all the time and all the staff are always really lovely, but today I had issues with a game purchased from a different store in another city and the employees here (specifically Josh) were so helpful with getting it all fixed up for me. They called multiple other locations getting it sorted out and coming up with a solution that worked for everyone.

I went into the store today in the hopes of finding a Mothra Pop Vynil, scouring the near endless wall of Pops I was having little luck when a friendly staff member offered to help. Every time I go to the store the staff are friendly and helpful and despite the fact the elusive mothra could not be found, the effort is certainly appreciated.

Was served by the most awesome guy today Jason or as his name tag says Jace, most sincerely nice guy and a absolute credit to the company, always full of information on products and games, please EB Games give him a bonus or a promotion because it’s Staff like Jace that makes me shop at EB games. He is a great guy and a great employee, I couldn’t of been happier with the way he served me and while I was waited his dealings with parents that didn’t know what to buy their children was great. If I ever owned a store he would be the first person I employed

The only reason I ever go here is because of habit and price matching. I preorder stuff. Get them to price match when I pick it up. Reckon I’ve got thousands of ‘carrots’ sat there doing nothing.

Crew at the store ate great , can talk to them about anything console or PC related as they all have a great understanding of your needs.

Really friendly staff who you can talk to. They were so willing to help me and it was quite a nice contrast compared to most of this shopping mall. Overall, a really good experience!

Amazing friendly staff who know how to deal with a busy store full of people , knowledgeable in most things surrounding the gaming world, but if they don't know they will certainly search it to accommodate your needs.

I think it's the best gaming store I've visited, and the most iconic... When I was a few years younger I wanted to work here, and I still could as an option :D :)

I just wanna say that every time I’ve been in there I feel so welcomed and I always leave feeling that I got the best customer service. Everyone who works there are incredibly friendly and very easy to talk to, went in to swap a controller and they checked every controller they had before giving me any of them, they definitely care about their customers and their experience

Love coming here, always good selection especially with second hand options. Staff is nice and easy to talk to.

Called about getting an item shipped from this store to Victoria. Spoke to Anna who was absolutely wonderful and helped me out as much as she could. Unfortunately I wasn't able to arrange anything that would have worked for both me and the store but Anna's stellar customer support made the whole process very smooth

EDIT: After going back and fourth, my issues were resolved by the Manager (Josh). This is not only the best customer service experience from EB Games I've had, this is the best customer service I have received anywhere. Thanks again to Josh and Anna for all the help

Just wanna say every time I go in there Michael has great customer service! Keep that guy on & alway let him work the front with the people! Such great person & always helpful & he tries to remember his customers!

I love this store, except the after sales help. I spent hundreds on a Razer Head set, when it became faulty 1 month before warranty expired. I took it back in store and spoke to a lady with purple hair, just told me there is nothing she could do as its not made locally and that was the end of it, was off didn't want to help acted like I was wasting her time. That experience has led me to spend my money at JB Hifi on all Hardware and accessories.
