We had lunch, the service was lovely, our pizza and arancini balls were delicious and such good value, the views are beautiful,

We went to the hotel café who reopened today November 17th, 2022 for the summer season. We were impressed by the new hotel Manager (Michelle) and staff who were so welcoming. We ordered a pizza with pesto, fetta, sun dried tomatoes and it was one of the best pizza that we ate. We congratulated the young chef. Michelle was very knowledgeable and friendly and although today we stopped to the café without knowing about the area too much we have decided that we will come back for a winter holiday. What also impressed us is that I mentioned that I like stronger coffee than flat whites and she immediately offered a "cortado coffee" which almost no one knows in Australia because it originates from Spain. Well done team! You will have a nice summer season.

Initially I was in shock been so long since I have stayed anywhere, once I got my head around where I was I accepted the Spartan conditions and food menu. The bed was beautiful to sleep in, the staff were warm & friendly. Food was beautiful, this was I felt catered towards the young as in Snow season. My purpose was to walk Mount Kosiosko the following morning, next time I will pick a warmer season and will be back at Stillwell open 10 months of the year either side of the snow season closed for a month. 😁

Perfecr location in Middle of charlottes pass right on slopes and at base of mount Kosciuszko summit trail.
Rooms are perfect for what's needed and the lodge is warm. Kitchen/bar staff v friendly and helpful.
Note WiFi is not v strong so prepare to be out of reception for your stay.
Would definitely return!

Stayed at Stillwell Lodge in late November. Despite not being ski season, there was still plenty to do with hiking trails right on the door step. The accommodation was a bit dated but still very clean, service was second to none and the food rivalled many meals I've had in restaurants in the major cities. Can't wait to come back when the place is covered in snow and hit the slopes!

Great stop for lunch. Staff friendly and quick service. Very quiet when we were there in early March.

Great place to grab some pizza or Mexican. And for after a day's skiing, the fabulous margaritas from here really hit the spot.

Hard to find such a place in Charlotte pass that's open during the summer holidays. Staffs are quite friendly and the churros are within my expectation

Came here in the summer for some lunch and man was it good! They seemed to have been short staffed but everyone was so lovely and did an amazing job! Thank you! Will come back!

Magnificent location, Stillwell hotel is a perfect spot to access Mt Kosciuszko Alpine treks during summer. Friendly staff.

I didn't stay but I went to the Cafe for coffee and hot chips. Nice coffee and very good customer services.
