JB Hi-Fi Chadstone Home Superstore

The store is fantastic. I went there to look at different TV models. They have almost every flagship tv available. OLED, QLED, LED and so on. This home stores really is something else. The selection of products is made easy with popular models on show case. Easy to move around as well. So bright and shiny. Never going to any other JB HIFI stores from now on.

My experience at this shop has been nothing but amazing. This is the 2nd time i go to this shop to sign up for my phone plan. Curt has been extremely efficient in handling matters at hand making the whole process really smooth. I am utterly impressed with his professionalism from start to finish. thank you very much!

Went in to purchase new phone covers for my new phone and was helped by a very friendly staff member. Great experience and plenty of parking available right in front of the store.

I visited with a client last week somewhat nervously to buy a new laptop. The product I bought this time is a washing machine and dryer. The person who looking after me is CHARLOTTE, who is very patient and kindly . Because I can’t very good at English,but she is help me to communicate with my friends over the phone and patiently discuss with us about the product. She also interact with my child warmly and accompany her that I can concentrate about the shopping . I highly recommend her service is very professional and considerate, which is very helpful ,that I can choose home appliances. I think JB HI-FI will be my first choice for home appliances in the future especially they have Charlotte who is the good stuff can help you find your needs ,I am very happy can meet her, and thank all the staff for their help :)

Recently furnished our new place and bought everything tech including our TV and all appliances here. Incredible service from Ryan M in this store, he’s the reason I will not shop for tech anywhere else. Went in for a click and collect order at around 5:30 and realised one item was incorrect in the order. They swapped that item out with the correct one immediately for me with no hassle!

One of the best JB in terms of customer service no doubt. I purchased a TCL 85" TV and has some minor issues with the installation and a LED strip for the TV. Josh, David and Suraj regularly looked after me at each visit to resolve my issue until I was fully satisfied. David even setup another installation job covered by JB Hi-Fi to come and replace the LED strip at my place which turned out to be faulty. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service I have been provided. Store and staff are a 10/10.

I’ve recently started visiting this JB hi-fi over the one in Chadstone shopping centre, because not only is it significantly easier to get to, but the layout of it makes more sense, it doesn’t feel so jampacked and overwhelming. The staff are absolutely amazing they helped me over the phone after I made a purchase and couldn’t get my Apple pen working. 10/10 customer service

Simar and David were very helpful. Samir probably spent an hour with us on Black Friday and was attentive in answering all of our questions. Highly highly recommend, best service I've ever received in a JB.

He has gone over and above with his service.

We have had an experience with him sorting out samsung fridge issue made very relaxed, easy and this was a trick warranty replacement he has dealt with. His manager Sydney and Crowley come with a very strong recommendation.

Not only is the store itself nice, and full of personality, but the staff are as well. Shoutout to Aaron, who met me at the door, and that transfem whose name I didn’t get, you guys are awesome :)

The shop is situated in a great location, as a standalone shop with its own car park. Thankfully it is not in the Home plus Homemaker Centre which is next door but a nightmare to park in.
The shop itself is very spacious, but still stocks everything you expect from a in hi-fi store.
I was told to ask for Ezra and glad I did. He was very informative, helpful and professional. If he can do you a deal then he will.
Will I come back to this store in the future? Absolutely!

Our experience with Todd today was very thankful. We went to purchase a washing machine as well as a dryer. He explained it very thoroughly. Not just attempting to sell items but considering and comparing them one by one with us together. So that our decision-making was a lot easier and more manageable. James is the most helpful staff member I’ve ever had at a JB Hi-Fi! He’s the one you want to talk to to get the best deal and experience!

I spoke to a guy named Luke on the phone and he was wonderful with helping me find the perfect fridge that both fir in my odd space and had the features i really wanted with the price i was happy with! The two delivery men who delivered it today were also lovely and did everything perfectly!

Last night (12/08/22 8:30 pm) I had the best customer experience/service I have ever had. A male employee named Chris deserves all praise here. I had an issue with some headphones which I had purchased a couple of months ago and this employee went seriously above and beyond to make me feel that this issue was his top priority and that he genuinely wanted to help me out. Not only did he address the issue but his knowledge of the products was superior so he gave some stellar recommendations. He knew the product and had an in-depth understanding of what makes a good wireless headphone and thus recommended some accordingly. I am not someone who usually leaves reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due, and this man deserves it all. His communication skillset and emotional intelligence are top tier and I will be recommending this JB store to people from now, all thanks to Chris and his fellow coworkers who were also extremely polite and helpful.
