Love Bunnings anyway! But completely forgot that you can bring your dogs!!

Impossible for me to leave this store without a new plant - always find something beautiful to brighten up the garden

I bought a split system air con from Bunnings Chadstone today and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole process from ordering over the phone and pick up went smoothly. Thank you so much especially to Nathan and Kate (hope I remember their name correctly) who trolleyed the inside and outside units to my car. They went the extra mile with the tricky process to fit the two big and heavy boxes into my car. Superior customer service Nathan and Kate. Thank you so much.

I was in this afternoon around 4pm. I was buying a leaves vacuum and blower. I was served by a charming young man called Ollie. I think he works upstairs. He saw me limping and asked if he could help me to the car with my purchase. He also suggested I push the trolley to give me balance. I have to say I was blown away by his kindness. Thank you.

I appreciate Bunnings for maintaining accessibility during power outages. Found essential items to support my backup UPS, making it a reliable resource in challenging times.

Great shop with everything you need in a compact location. Parking is free underneath but the spots are pretty small so be careful.

I really appreciate the courtesy and attention shown to me by one of your employees - Ollie from upstairs. I shopped in store and bought multiple fertilizers. Ollie found what I was after and then trolleyed the fertilizers to my car in the car park. I would like to thank him and may I commend you for having such a diligent staff member. I wish him well in your employment.

Staff pretty friendly and helpful, went today guy named KP was helping everybody, so energetic and doing his work. We need more people like him, made my day.

Always helpful staff and reasonable range of products for a smaller store. If you want a fuller range Box Hill is the go. Otherwise Chadstone covers most stuff you need.

Just had a great experience at this bunnings.Graham on the front door was so helpful and knowledgeable on a repair I had to do on my cabinet.Thanks Graham.

I find everyone at this Bunnings. Very helpful, knowledgable, customer focused, approachable, etc. All those positives you want in customer service.
If someone doesn't specialise in the area you need? They quickly get someone that does.
I rely on public transport. And from the Holmesglen station I can walk (5mins) or bus (one stop) to this store. 👍

Super happy with the customer service I received today. Had to return a drill for a battery fault but didn't have my receipt, and the guy serving me searched the system to find my receipt and get me a refund. I always toss up between coming here and to the Oakleigh store, but the service here is always friendlier even though the range is slightly smaller. Love the Christmas lights!!!

Junior staff no knowledge of thinks, sorry guys just came back from Europe and I must say in Europe the elderly are more employed in supermarkets than here in Australia 🇦🇺

Any company's reputation relies on staff and how they deliver services to customers. During a pandemic when deliveries are either done online or through pickup, reliance on staff increases.

I had great experience while picking up my online order. The order was only partially fulfilled as someone made a mistake and didn't check the stock. When Siobhan came to deliver the order in the car park, I asked for her help in checking for an alternative. She was more than happy to assist so that I didn't have to re-order a different item and come back. While doing that, she went back to check the stock and found the item that I ordered. What a great person!
I know that it was too much to run around delivering items to customers in the car park which is a bit of a walk, and Siobhan didn't worry about that.
That's what customer delight is all about.

However, I've not always been so lucky at Bunnings. Whether you get helped or not entirely depends on who you ask.

Decided to start a winter garden project and I received amazing service and advice from a staff member in the garden department. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name but she was so patient and knowledgeable. She helped me choose the right plants, soil and even provided ideas on future projects. Thank you!

Annoying to Park here especially if you have a high load, can't fit I to underground Carpark.
But store is just like other bunnings stores.

Staff friendly and helpful.very happy with the service.

Great location, not alot of trades parking but back street has ample.
