Officeworks Chadstone

I visited this place to take printouts. Black and white print outs are just 8 cents. You can either take print outs of your own or the staffs will take it for you but you have to wait in queue for that. You can buy any items related to art, stationery and office and many more from here at affordable prices. Officeworks are the largest stationery store in Australia.

the lady with the bob cut and ginger hair (sorry didnt get her name!) at the print and copy service area is SOOO NICE 😩🫶 i was stressing because my document was unable to load from the self serve printers, i tried resending, using my other email accounts, resaving the pdf, using the USB they gave me and it still wasnt working. (last time the same thing happened!! and i had to pay a lot at the counter but it was the only option). but the lady i met today was calm and she lightened up my mood soo much and helped me print it

Staff at this store are always helpful. The website is up to date with in-stock items. I ordered 2 items for click and collect, easy order procedure, they contacted me promptly by SMS and email, very quick and easy to collect the items. The assistant wheeled them out to the car for me without me asking. Easy to find items in the store. Everything is neat and the staff assist readily if asked.

Hands down the best customer experience at officeworks. I wanted to print some promotional bookmarks for a personal event and Phoebe was so helpful and kind. The size for my printing was atypical but she still worked with it and spent so much time making sure they were coming out the way I wanted them to. I'm really grateful for all her help. Also the self-serve machines were working well and easy to use. This branch is a little out of the way for me but I'm glad I went there. 100% would go again.

A wide range of products and spacious. It's easy to access and has a big parking area.

Leon at service desk was incredibly helpful and made our experience so much easier and helped us willingly with each small detail.

I've been printing a lot of large prints over the last few weeks. The turn around has been much quicker than i thought. And I'm actually taken aback by how chill and friendly the print copy staff have been. I usually go into the city which is much more hectic for obvious reasons. But really a delight dealing with this crew. Thanks y'all

Everything is there. We been there to buy some folders but honestly so many nice things around we had to finish up with some unwanted things. But we were happy. Specially i like Stationary items. My hobby is to buy new pens dairies. These are best items for gift to kids to motivate them. Even good for a birthday present to any friends and family. Quality products in reasonable prices.

I enjoy coming to this Officeworks location for office supplies. Their stock is always topped up and I rarely ever can’t find what I’m looking for. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about where things are located. Their printing/photocopying area can get very busy on weekend so make sure you leave enough time (ESPECIALLY if you are not using the self-serve). I use the self-serve printing/photocopying with the Officeworks reloadable printing card. There is a machine to top up your card so that you don’t have to join the long queue.

Ian was hands down the best sales rep I've ever dealt with, just before the lockdown he spent over an hour helping me prepare my home set up! So happy with his customer service and the products he recommended.

In the morning, I placed a click and collect order, and within a couple of hours was able to go and pick it up at the store. The entire process was very fast, efficient, and seamless. From the online order to the team at the click and collect point, there were no problems at all. Extremely impressed with how everything worked together, and how smooth the process is, especially considering we are in stage 4 restrictions of covid-19. Cudos to everyone at chadstone officeworks.

Excellent Officeworks store. Great range of products, heaps of parking and the best part is that it's open late.

Have to say, I was nervous going in as most people are generally scared to deal with Officeworks printing staff... but I was wrong. I take it back. The staff here are lovely and efficient. Well done to this team for getting it together and the individual staff members (more than one) I have had the pleasure of doing printing with.

Ian was an absolute legend, he helped me narrow down what I wanted in the Tech area (tablet/computer) to exactly the device that would suit my needs (full OneNote, Surface Go 2) and recommended the device and answered all my questions regarding the device... even though Officeworks didn't stock it.

Ian spent over half and hour with me to help me understand the differences between a tablet and a 2-in-one computer, which device would do what I wanted, the limitations of storage vs. what would suit my needs and more. Ian was the epitome of customer-focus and patience. His knowledge was excellent and his passion for great service showed, just unfortunate I had to go elsewhere to purchase the device. Thank you, Ian. You're a legend mate (since this chat I've picked up the Surface Go 2 and all the accessories, you couldn't have been more right my friend!!).
