I have recently purchased a dishwasher and a microwave oven from them. Very happy about the great assistance I received.

I had a delightful and fruitful shopping experience today, thanks to the staff who helped me, Gavin and Winston. They were knowledgeable about the product range (dishwashers and printers) and were of great assistance in helping me choose the appropriate products. I travelled from out of my area to shop at the Malvern East store, and would have no hesitation in doing so again!

Needed a copy of an old invoice from almost 3 years back for warranty purpose, and they had it emailed to me within seconds of answering my call. Phenomenal customer service. Very grateful.

I visited the store a few days back to buy a new television and was pleasantly surprised at the great assistance I received. I was served by Tom and he was very helpful and patient throughout the process. I walked out with a new TV and was very happy with the overall experience.

I went into the Chadstone store and was after a TV. It was a little busy but I was approached by the manager Chris who went out of his way to assist me and organise the delivery of a smart LG TV. While answering my queries he was approached by staff members who had their own issues that needed help. He treated his staff members respectfully and supportively. I was extremely impressed with his ability to help customers properly and manage staff effectively at the same time!

I went in to the Chadstone store in a rush to buy a small electric heater. Not only was I warmly greeted at the door & quickly pointed in the right direction. I was told someone would be with me in a few minutes & they were! I was helped out by Gavin who gave me some great advice on the products & I selected a heater from the display - unfortunately after Gavin did a quick check on the system, they had no boxed ones in store. Thankfully Gavin gave me a discount on the display model & I was quickly on my merry way with my new heater in hand. Overall a really great, efficient experience!

I visited the store with mum, as she wanted to look at Bosch kitchen appliances & we were kindly assisted by Gavin, he remembered us from last year! Gavin was extremely helpful & spent alot of time showing us the appliances, explaining & advising us on the best options. He gave us his honest feedback & recommendations & told us to come back when we are ready & he will look after us, we liked that he didn't pressure us. Gavin provided us with exceptional customer service & went above & beyond, he is also a very decent & kind person. We highly recommend Gavin for all your kitchen appliance needs or anything else you may need. Thanks Gavin for the positive experience & your time, patience & kind help towards us.

Larissa's product knowledge was outstanding. She patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable insights about various heaters available in the store. It was clear that she had a comprehensive understanding of the products. What truly impressed me was Larissa's willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience as I had a less than positive experience at another branch.

Hands down BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced by CHRIS the operations manager. He was knowledgeable, calm, friendly and extremely helpful. He explained every option in thorough detail effortlessly. Such a likeable guy and so personable I believe he would make anyone feel at ease. Terrific asset to The Good Guys Chadstone.

10/10 for professionalism, friendliness & efficiency! When I had multiple issues with my mum’s new washing machine, Deon, the store operations manager was amazing! Once I spoke with him he immediately listened to the issue & put in place a replacement together with giving me clear instructions on how my mum needed to operate it.

It was a pleasure to shop at the Good Guys Chadstone. We were moving houses and were in the market for some white goods. Our experience at The Good Guys Chadstone was really good. While all the staff we interacted were very helpful and knowledgable, Gav in particular is a case study in customer service.

The store per se does have a good selection of white goods and home appliances and while we did have a good idea about what we wanted, Gav helped to add to our knowledge and help us choose items that were more apt to our home design and usage pattern.

Gav patiently answered our queries and did take a lot of care to ensure that our selections would meet our requirements. And it was an easy process. This would have been one of our quicker shopping expeditions for larger ticket items.

We've dealt with Gavin at the Chadstone store on multiple occasions - once for a fridge and once for a dryer - and he's been fantastic. Outstanding customer service, great pricing and very knowledgable about the products on offer.

Jem was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Approached me within seconds of entering the store, have me my options, and helped me make my selection. I was only buying a $100 product but his genuine customer service was exceptional. The woman who processed my payment was also very pleasant and helpful.
