Panda Hot Pot 蜀大侠火锅

Place is visually amazing. Every inch of the restaurant both downstairs and upstairs is a visual delight. Meat is cooked in a pot which is kept hot using burners underneath the table. The menu items are quite varied and the staff are amazing, the best staff I've encountered for a long time. Cannot recommend the place highly enough. Service wise, it's equal to the Korea BBQ I reviewed earlier. Visually, I have never been to a restaurant that captures my interest so instantly anywhere in the world.

Love the amazing vibes and traditional hotpot setting . And the dishes were incredible. Ordered the 3 different soup bases and I loved all of them. Got the mushrooms, pork bone and spicy soup .. it was so good and the flavours were great

Love the atmosphere at Panda Hot Pot. We reserved upfront and got in without any waiting time. Had the house signature sichuan spicy soup base - Mild. If you like spicy foods, this base is just 👌. The other base we had was the tomato base and was easily good. Must try the black pepper beef, lamb, signature meat and seafood meatballs, and the sweet potato noodles.

The experience here is always wonderful! The food and quality is great, you can tell they care about their presentation! Had incredible service from one of the ladies here, she’s very sweet and accomodating. Will always be coming here for a great hotpot experience.

The most amazing experience ever !!!! From lining up out the front to sitting at our table the staff were very helpful and friendly especially because it was our first time. Food was amazing many different selections of meats. Some very strange and unusual delicacies overall it was a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

My favourite hotpot place in the city. Always so good, having everyone around a hotpot is so fun. There's heaps of variety on the menu and we order heaps to feed an entire group of people. Their sauce station is full and always has such a large variety, it also has a some easy combinations that you can try.
They even have a soft serve machine which is self serve!
The service is impeccable and they often check on you when you are seated in a private room or just around the restaurant in general.
Definitely recommend going for dinner when they have performances or going when they have a special or a deal as it is quite pricey.

Surprisingly the food is pretty good. We came in with little expectations. We didn’t expected the food served is fresh and good and on time!

Best hotpot I’ve been to in Melbourne! The food was good, great vibe and the place is always busy. We came on a Tuesday evening and there were so many people. Will be back for the show on the weekend.

Panda hot pot is a beautiful and yummy hot pot place! Really enjoyed the dining experience here. I recommend the sweet potato noodles and the Barra fish. Staff were so kind and helpful in explaining everything. Really liked the diy sauce and instructions with the ice cream machine. Mild is still super spicy so just be careful when choosing a soup! I chose the pork bone soup and it was very yum!

The food was amazing! The staff here was super nice and super attentive ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of perfection.

Panda Hotpot caught my attention from its very pleasing aesthetics giving it an authentic hotpot experience! The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it a top pick. The customizable broths and fresh ingredients create a delicious combination. It's interactive, fun, and reasonably priced. Perfect for eating with family or with friends!

Was a super fun experience. Amazing atmosphere and decor, and super friendly staff too. We ordered more than enough food between 8 of us and it was about $50 per person in the end. The mushroom soup base was delicious. There was also the szechuan which those who ate said was incredibly spicey even with it being the extra mild. And a complimentary cup of soft serve per person how can you go wrong!?

Wonderful service and excellent food. The hotpot broth and dipping sauces were outstanding and some of the best. Everything was fresh and well presented. Cool decor too.

Food was amazing and the staffs were all friendly. They greeted us w a smile on the way to our seat. The atmosphere was great as well giving the China theme vibe that makes you feel like you’re in China.

Best hot pot experience in Melbourne, without doubt. The food is great and they went above and beyond with the atmosphere and decor. This is our second time here and will definitely be back again.

Is better suited to groups of 4 or less, just by virtue of the table layout, but also works well for larger groups (our latest visit was with 9 people).

This is the first time I can, completely free of guild, give a fully five star review and not have a single fault in mind. The food was fresh and tasty, the staff were so friendly and professional and the venue was incredible. Every effort was made to make us feel so welcome and catered to.

The food was better than any hot pot we've ever had and came out so fast. Every option was explained to us and for those of us who had never had hot pot got the most detailed rundown of how best to enjoy their experience and we were never made to feel silly for not knowing!

Every person we interacted with was so so kind and helpful. The check-ins were regular and we never felt rushed for their time. Even though the place was full, it felt like we had a full time server. If you get Austin as your server, you're in the best of hands. Treated like family, we felt home here.

The venue itself is like being transported into an old folk tail yet nothing is tacky. So much effort has been out into making this place hold a high quality level of storytelling in every aspect of the layout.

PLEASE do yourself a favour and have a visit soon. We are staying in Melbourne for a week and can see ourselves scratching other traditional visits off the list so that we can come again (Maybe even a third time!).
