'Billie' sales gave frank & honest help. Had a deal-breaker budget for a new adjustable bed, no frills+new mattress. Encouraged to try++ many beds until (all on adjustable frames) found best bed, & correct tho comfortable support. Know I have excellent negotiation++ skills, false over-priced tags, up selling, sales propaganda, commissions & pre-store/pre- buying 'homework' & same gear elsewhere prices. Advertised as an $7,999 bed+base deal in 'New Year' Sales magazine to $4,450. Billy helped++ to find great priced combination, correct softness,queen+ what I wanted, a no fuss/no frils, multi modal value base,& reduced++ great 'well estab brand' mattress. Took in total >$1,600+ off Sale Price'. Incl deliv fee, assemble, & R/O old bed+base. Accepted very sm $$ deposit, never hassled re an 'Extended Care' warranty. Thx Snooze, have a genuine courteous, fair & great Sales Employee in Billie, & fabulous store set-up, many sales out on floor, disabled access to store easy, (& floor toilets+disabled nereby). After full payment,bed delivered 10 days later. 😀 ✅

the store owner was amazing in giving me in depth info on what a mattress should feel like as it goes by weight and how it should be for me as a small person as it is a long term investment! she was really honest and i didn’t feel any pressure at all which was awesome, exceptional! 10/10

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE WITH A SMILE! From the moment my partner and I walked into this store we were blown away by the customer service. We were guided by excellent advice and recommendations and over a year on from our purchase we still remember the pleasant experience. I recently raised an after care request and the amazing service continues. Shout out to the lovely Donna who was as professional as she is friendly and knowledgeable. Staff are great and very knowledgeable, Julie really looked after us when choosing a mattress and bed frame. I called the store and Jacinta was more than happy to check the bed was on display and then send several photos of the bed to see if I liked it before coming in and purchasing the bed.

Jacinta and the team have been so good to us. We just renovated our house and there were so many difficult choices to make. They were very understanding of what was required throughout our home and flexible with their terms. A team that doesn’t hide behind their small print. Thank you guys

Went to Snooze at Chadstone today. Me and my wife had been comparing with at least 10 different bedding stores, we must say the store's 1) customer service (we dealt with Jacinta); 2) product quality and range; 3) pricing are the best among all stores. Jacinta's service stood out even among the several good services we have experienced from other stores. She was very knowledgeable in the products, always greeted us with her infectious smile and was very patient with our endless questioning and bargaining. We ended up buying the complete set of mattress, pillow, mattress protectors and bed frame from them. We would comfortably recommend Snooze at Chadstone for those looking for good customer service and high quality and competitively priced mattresses and related bedding products.

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to DONNA at Snooze Chadstone Warehouse.

We recently purchased a new Queen Madison Grand Deluxe from Jacinta at the Craigieburn Store and Donna organised the delivery to our home in Sunbury.

Due to COVID Restrictions deliveries are naturally more complex than they would normally be; however Donna went above and beyond to ensure our mattress was delivered to our home and placed as close as possible to our bedroom; without breaking any 'COVID RULES'

Donna rang on the Tuesday to confirm the delivery timeframe for the Wednesday. And unlike many other companies it was between 7am and 9am; whereas most companies have you waiting around all day. It was very efficient having such a small window of time for the delivery, especially if you have other commitments.

And the Delivery Fee of $80 was one of the most reasonable I have ever been charged.

When I explained that my husband had serious heart problems both she & the delivery guys could not have been more obliging.

They arrived on time and didn't leave until they were sure that the mattress was in the exact spot, ensuring it was not blocking access to other areas of the home, and that I could easily open the bag and spray sanitizer into it, as an extra precaution due to my husbands medical issues.

I really wanted to ensure both Jacinta, who organised the sale from Craigieburn and Donna, who organised the delivery from Chadstone, were aware of our gratitude and hopefully their management will see the Reviews I have posted; and commend them on their excellent customer service. As we are not from either of those areas, and we chose not to purchase our new mattress locally as we'd had poor customer service in our local area previously. And we had also found that the quality of another well known brand did not compare to the Madison Brand which we had purchssed many years ago; and unfortunately had not purchased last time as there were no Captain Snooze stores in our area.

We have learnt our lesson and will only ever purchase from The Madison Range from now on.

Thank you all once again for our amazing peaceful nights sleep. My husband says he can feel the improvement in his back already.

I had a great experience at this snooze store. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. This store has a great range products and they really took the time to help me get the best fit for my bedding situation. Couldn't recommend this store more.
