We really enjoyed our shopping at E&S Chadstone. Shubhra is very professional helping us solving lots of availability and supply chain issues to ensure our product were delivered before the scheduled installation. Throughout the process she constantly follow up with suppliers, gave us update. Highly recommended if you want to purchase any bathroom/kitchen stuff here.

The best customer service I've had in years. At Chadstone e&s. Delt with Tom, a sales consultant, to purchase a fridge. I received a really good price on top of that, free delivery. They also took my old fridge away, set up my new one and took all the packaging. Even the delivery guys were friendly and helpful. I'll never purchase an appliance from any other store ever again. Very impressed from start to finish. 10/10

We bought a fridge and a washing machine from E&S Chadstone in February 2024. Very courteous and professional service given to us by sales consultant Donald. Delivery team handle everything and installed the product and took all the rubbish with them. Highly recommend this company for courteous, professional and excellent pricing.

Great staff and very knowledgeable about the equipment available for sale. They provided all the details for us to make a decision for appliances. Their follow up service and support is also really good. I would recommend people going to the Chadstone store if they are built or renovating.

Amazing range of products and very knowledgeable staff. We had a bad experience at the Blackburn shop but were so impressed by the customer service here. Greg is really friendly and knows the products well. He gave us recommendations that cater to our needs. We highly recommend him and the Chadstone store.

We purchased a suite of high end kitchen appliances, a house full of tap-ware, smart toilets, baths etc. her knowledge, attention to detail and the service and follow up support we received has totally exceeded our expectations and frankly blown us away. even when we had an issue with an item. Excellent pricing that beat competitors and service that puts any 6 star hotel to shame. E&S she is an absolute asset. I hope recognition is passed on. We have no issues recommending her and your store to anyone in the future and we are not easy to please.. Well done!

The staff at E & S trading have been absolutely fantastic especially Steve Hren. We chose all our products through E & S and Steve was a product expert . He went above & beyond and nothing was too much trouble for Steve. We made a few changes along the way & Steve was more than happy to accomodate. He displayed perfect customer service. If you have any products to buy from E & S trading Chadstone, go & see Steve . He is extremely knowledgeable & fantastic to work with.

Was a lil skeptical as I thought this was a high end store with prices to match. Well I was soo wrong the prices on the 7 items I purchased were the cheapest around. I visited at least 3 times in person, made a few phone calls all to the same person. The service I received was exceptional, there was never any pressure, pros n cons discussed and my thoughts and needs were listened to. Dealing with the one person each time was great, I did not have to repeat myself. Overall I had a fantastic experience.

Great new fit out and the largest of the E&S showrooms in Melbourne. Largest variety of the best brands available on the market. The team are all extremely knowledgeable of all the products they sell for kitchen, bathroom, laundry and alfresco appliances. By far the best appliance company in Australia who I have been using and recommending for over 30 years.

I needed a new washing machine and initially went to another large store nearby, where I was shown ONE machine! I said I wanted to do my homework and visit some other stores and was greeted with "fine, no problem, but I'll be surprised if you get a better deal".

Well, I did! Peter at E&S was one of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with - what a gentleman! He must have shown me at least 8 machines within my price bracket. The entire process was so smooth.

A big thank you to Darren who assist in getting our kitchen renovation completed. Darren was able to price match on any item we requested even from online companies, ensuring we have the best price and still have the onsite support. When there was an issue E and S were happy to assist in finding a solution to the problem. Once we were committed to the renovation we were able to lock in the price and have our goods stored at the E and S warehouse until they are needed saving us thousands of dollars.

Had a great experience here today buying a new washing machine. When another store was out of stock on the item we wanted we went into E&S. Shubhra assisted us and to our surprise, it was the most the quick and effortless service provided. They price matched, offered free delivery and collection of the old machine. Fantastic experience!

We are building a new house and were referred to E & S Chadstone by our Kitchen designer. E & S were so easy to deal with, the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, they provided great advice on which combinations of appliances that would work. Delivery was on time and everything was in order. Could not be more happy or impressed with the service we received. Thanks for making everything so easy and straightforward.

Our experience with E&S was fantastic especially dealing with Matt there. We purchased number of Bathroom and kitchen accessories from E&S with price match from Online deals. Matt was our trusted advisor and even after the stuff was delivered we called number of time around various questions we had and he was all ways there to Answer then. Good on you Matt!!

We have been served by Tim twice now and I can’t recommend him enough. Not only did he get us the best prices, there were no high pressure sales tactics, he was very knowledgeable about the products, and he made sure we understood the entire sales process including delivery lead times. The store can get busy, so if you are interested in buying on the day, I suggest you choose a quiet time to go in or make an appointment beforehand (which we did the second time). Our experience with E&S was pleasant and effortless and I wish more shopping experiences were the same.
