Dan Murphy's Chadstone

Large Dan Murphy’s with lots of parking. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. Dave in particular provided amazing wine choices for an engagement party we hosted. I’ve now found some new favourites based on his recommendations. He knows his stuff and I would recommend seeing if he’s working if you’re after some new wines.

Friendly and helpful staff! Very taken aback everytime i come to this store by how they greet customers instantly and offer help.

I had a really great experience with Ashley, a Dan Murphy's staff member - I knew nothing about gin (or most other spirits apart from rum!), and I was taught a lot more about gins, including a gin-specific taste testing session which helped a lot with my understanding of the different gins out there. In general, the staff here are really supportive, and are always willing to advise you regarding what you should buy to suit your needs.

My wife and I had dropped into the store to make a purchase and whilst browsing the aisle was approached by store assistant Hannah … what an absolute delight - courteous, knowledgeable and took time and effort to find a wine that met our needs.

I was in the store for not even 2 minutes before being approached by Hannah.
Their customer service skills were excellent, they were prompt with offering solutions when the certain drinks I wanted weren’t available and had an all over amazing attitude.

It’s a Dan Murphy’s, much like the others, but I particularly like this one.

The staff here seem to be particularly helpful. Last visit I was recommended a bourbon to gift - which turned out to be quite delicious, many thanks! Time before that, I couldn’t find the specific liquor I was after, and the staff member joyfully joined the search, and made the sleuthing an experience, not a chore.

Yes, service still exists, and we, the customer, notice when it’s done well. Keep it up!

They stock King Fisher Beer and a BIG selection of NA 0% Beer!!
The workers are incredibly helpful and very service oriented. Made me not have to spend so much time surrounded by alcohol 🤪

You will always find friendly staff here asking if they can help you. Prices are always the cheapest too!

Lovely staff, the guy with black hair and the furphy jumper was very helpful when the box with cider broke in the carpark.

The young man wasn't sure of the beverage I was enquiring about, so he made his business to find out. Brilliant service!

Quick click and collect service, staff are helpful when you need help finding particular wines. Store is clean and car parks are always available. Overall a good Dan Murphy’s

Really attentive customer service. I was surprised to see how much Laura knew the stock and how much information she provided about different types of wines, gins, vodkas and offered to help with packing. This particular store is quite spacious, clean and provides a wide range of products.

I was assisted quickly to open a cabinet for a high quality scotch and was able to exit through the register straight away.

Honestly, the best customer service and best experience ever shopping at DM. Order that was placed online for click and collect was ready in 30 minutes as promised and was ready to go by the time we go there. Staff were really helpful.

We later had to refund some stuff and called customer service over the phone, they were a delight to work with as well. Easy refund process in store as well. No questions asked, quick, friendly and easy service.
