Decent store. Multiple choices amongst several brands on home appliances and consumer electronics. Great selection of TV, Fridges etc. easy to move around too. Definitely recommend this store.

Big shout out to Emmelle and Brooke for their outstanding customer service today. They were both so helpful and Brooke went above and beyond to put my screen protector on my phone for me. Nice to see some old fashioned customer service and they both deserve recognition 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Went into Harvey Norman Chadstone today with an intention to buy. Spoke to a sales assistant and was rejected a price match so I thought I'd buy elsewhere. But before leaving, I asked another Sales Assistant, Angelo. He is absolutely fantastic to deal with. He explained that he cannot price match Costco however he can price match Good Guys, which was fantastic! Thank you for your professional and friendly customer service, Angelo. We will definitely be back and 100% recommend you to friends and family.

Just wanted to acknowledge fantastic customer service from Brooke at Chadstone store. She helped me out on Christmas Eve with printing a photo, selecting a frame and even put the printed photo in the frame for me! Retail is long and hard at times especially busy times like Christmas but she is an amazing asset and I hope she is appreciated! Thanks Brooke, hope you had an awesome Christmas!

We were looking for dishwashers and went to a few stores to compare and have a feel, Harvey Norman is by far a much better shopping experience than its competitors. In particular the staff who greeted us Elife Mat was very pleasant, she introduced a range of products and presented a positive attitude and nice manners. Previously we bought quite a few items from Harvey Norman, including fridge, washing machine, computer etc, and I am willing to continue to be its customer due to the overall well service.

I went to the store to buy a toaster but I bought Microsoft Surface Pro 9, instead. The IT manager explained the features of the computer simply without using technical jargon. My computer knowledge wasn't great so I felt I was treated with respect. I'm happy with the laptop. Thank you.

Purchased a Sony OLED TV recently and was assisted impeccably from George in the AV department. George got me a great price on the item and installation, he even went the extra mile of providing me excellent customer service post-purchase on some troubleshooting issues I had with the TV. Recommend+++.

Originally we were going to buy our new NEFF kitchen appliances & Miele clothes dryer elsewhere but Antonella gave us such good service we immediately signed up with her. She took care of every problem personally, especially selecting the only suitable range-hood, and arranged for very quick delivery and installation. Received nothing short of 5 star service from Angelo in electrical. Returned a faulty vacuum cleaner and he sorted it all out for me, even upgrading me to the equivalent new model for free. He was patient, kind and caring and definitely deserves a raise!

Went on Boxing Day... lots of people but didn't feel crowded. Queuing at the checkout took a while but that's a Boxing Day tradition.
