The staff were super helpful. I visited the store looking for something that they didn't end up having. The cheerful staff member, kindly pointed me in the direction of a nearby store that did stock what I was looking for. :-)

I just can’t rave enough about the customer service from all of the women in this store.

Yesterday Hannah spent at least 45 minutes with me as I tried on bra, after bra & at no point did I feel that I was being a nuisance.

Previous to this, Alice helped me pick out a fantastic little racy body suit, which I would never have been brave enough wearing before.

Because of this, and the fantastic range of lingerie, my underwear draw is quickly filling up with ALL Bras n Things :)

The ladies at this store are genuinely some of the most women I’ve met. Even if I don’t purchase anything, they always make me feel so loved and welcomed whenever I’m in the store. Genuinely love the customer service they provide ☺
