Really helpful lady on self check outs! Well set out store.

BIG W Brookside is one of the major shopping outlets located at Brookside Shopping Centre at Mitchelton.

Target was originally located where BIG W is now.

The new location for Target is where Myre store was before they closed some years ago.

This Big W Brookside is one of the best outlets in this part of northern areas of Brisbane.

BIG W staff are more than helpful to assist with anything to help locate what you need to find & purchase.

All ranges of clothing for men,women, & children are in plentiful supply.

They is a great range of electronic devices, some ranges of furniture, toys, mobile phones & other types of products available at Big W Brookside.

Wheelchair access to Big W is user-friendly, including people who use mobility scooters.

This store outlet is on one level & you can either use the self-serving checkout or line up when purchasing your products.

When shopping at Big W Brookside, the Western area directly underneath this store is the best area for parking.

You can use the internal stairs to gain access up to the store location, or use the lift access which is in the Western area of parking, or use the Travelator which is a short walk from near the food outlets at Brookside Shopping Centre.

All in all, it's a fantastic place to shop, so why not pay a visit to BIG W Brookside next time you are shopping at Brookside Shopping Centre 😀

Where others failed, bigw succeeds! Needed an xs simple black trousers and white shirt for my son to start at Drakes. In stock and good price. Kmart failed (no small sizes) and Target (very expensive.) Thank you bigw and a lovely store too!

Christmas shopping on a Monday morning and I found the staff to be so kind and so helpful. I was offered helpful friendly assistance on the floor and at the self checkout counter (without asking). Thank you!

Everything you need at reasonably cheap prices! Friendly & efficient service provided in a clean & spacious environment! Well presented! Staff ready to help! The potting mix is only $5.00 a bag! I recently bought a Contempo brand vacuum cleaner for $48.00! It's bagless & it has excellent suction! I'm very happy with the purchase! Big W sells affordable quality products. My boyfriend bought a strapless bra for me! I accidentally took the tags off before I tried it on! It was not the right size! I returned it without the tags & I couldn't exchange it! The next day I returned with the tags & exchanged it for the next size up! Thank you Big W! I really hope & pray this store isn't one of the many stores that are closing throughout Queensland!
As you enter the store the security attendant can usually inform you where to locate the items you are looking for! Laybuy is over 10 weeks & for pensioners its 12 weeks! On the push bikes its an extra &16 to have it assembled on Tuesdays only! Pay on the day!

Well set out and easy to get to if you dont want to traipse thru the whole centre

Excellent store with a good variety of goods clothing electrical tech products and services

Very good 95 percent of the time.

The only issue is the older grey haired lady at the door, way over the top, carrying on like a pork chop.

Stop picking on the young people you've had your time.

I'm thinking Thomas may be her Grandson.

Clean shop with a wide range. Always love shopping here. It's brookside centres biggest store.

What we went for, was not only there, but we had choices to make, that's great

Soooo much easier to find what you need here compared to the new concept stores. Everything at this one flows perfectly and hasn't been turned upside down for the need to "modernise" the floor plan. The older lady who greets customers is a gem, love seeing her smiling face when I walk in. She's ICONIC, don't let her leave.

Well laid out store and great staff

Great selections and good customer service. Came in today looking for ink for my printer and didn’t really know what to look for but team member Heather was able to find what ink was compatible with my printer. Came back home, and it’s a perfect fit! Thanks guys!!!!

Admittedly I've never had a bad experience at this store, but received amazing service today.
I needed to exchange some school clothing items for a bigger size, and the young lady at the returns desk was lovely and understanding and efficient.
I also stopped by the party section to get some supplies for a birthday tomorrow, and even though the desk was unattended, the young gentleman at the tech desk, as well as a lady on the floor, were amazing and called Hayley over to the party section, and I was able to get a balloon filled with helium.
Well done and thank you to everyone, my daughter will be so excited when she sees the balloon we were able to get.

Always shop at Brookside. And it's always good. Woolworths is good there. I get my wool at the cheap shop. Made heaps of blankets over the years. Am making a red,black and yellow one next,for a friend. Aboriginal. So all round a good experience.

So few big w around these days. Great product range and prices! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Good range of consumer items. From toys, computer, phone, camera, electrical, men's and women's clothing, safety clothing, shoes, undergarments, linen,home appliance and sundry restocking items. Some sweets and grocery items also available at discount prices. Good place to find a bargain. 2023 update. Nothing here has Really changed since my original review 😊

Thank you to Carolyn at the returns desk and I think it was Jessica at the front registers who helped me this morning with a return. Heavily pregnant with a toddler. Trying to return a pool was no easy task and they were both wonderful!

Greeted warmly as we walked through and the friendly lady asked the kids if they wanted the Encanto books on offer this week…::of course they grabbed a few great incentives for kids to read
