I was blown away by the fantastic customer service at this health food shop! When I asked if they carried Kefir grains, they went above and beyond to help me out. Even though they didn't have the grains in stock, they were able to arrange to have them shipped to the Brookside store. I was hesitant to ask for such a small order, but they insisted and the grains arrived just a few days later. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for high-quality health foods.
