Target Brookside

Appreciation review. We come here weekly as a default with our 5 year old. Store is always immaculate, well-stocked and organised. Even the kids section, which is chaos at the best of times. Staff always helpful and happy. Skip Kmart/Big W.

Shopped Target this morning. Phoned to complement greeter. Wanted to buy microwave but wasn't sure of size. She offered to get tape and measure it. Great initiative, I bought microwave. Manager said her name Taylor.

Have a great customer service once you stepped inside they will assure your comfortable and suggest what goods and what's not really appreciate their opinion.

Love this store, always presented beautifully, warm welcome by a familiar female face and always happy to help, sorry haven't checked her name 🤦‍♀. Customer service counter always great in here too. I normally have one of my daughters with me, my toddler and she seems to always fall apart by the time I get to the counter and another familiar female face always happens to be on when I need her 🥰. Always goes above and beyond smiling and helping. Andrea, I think her name is, mum brain/screaming toddler 🤦‍♀. Thank you so much for always giving superb customer service! Been coming here for over 3 yrs. This babe needs a raise Target Brookside 😘

Fantastic service from the moment I entered to the moment I left. The greeter was able to give me easy to follow directions and put in a call to the department I needed. When I got there another staff member took me directly to the product I needed, had good product knowledge. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It's a 5/5 from me.

I have found the staff really helpful and friendly here. In customer service they went out of their way to help me. In my experience much better staff than Kmart or Big W

Give the chap a pay rise!!! Alex was great, holding a lego product for me as I work in the city full time. Customer service counter was amazing as well. Best Target store been to by far....

Huge and new Target, and you'll find all the things you need from Target. Great personal service at the entrance and self-checkout for leaving faster.

Helpful staff, nice new fittings room plenty of everything from clothing, work wear, linen, back to school stuff, shoes, electrical appliances and soft furnishings, basically everything you see in other Target stores. I'm happy they are back at Brookside.

Needed help finding a particular item and Berwinn was very friendly and helpful with helping me find what I was after over the phone. His customer service was amazing :)
