Thank you so to Benjamin at Rebel shoe section at the Mitchelton store. Shoe shopping with twins is never easy, but this would have to be the best experience ever in 9 years, thank you Ben! Front counter was also a pleasant experience. Bring back sales commissions! As a poor second heres my compliment of service!

I needed to buy some runners, i went into the store nearly closing time, we greeted as i enetered the store went to the shoe section and was looking for a certain shoe, a younh lady asked if i needed help i said yes please, asked about the shoes, they didnt end up having them, however it didnt finish there, she told me i could buy it at the store and they can deliver to my house for free! Oh i did not know that, wow thats great, by this time it was very close to closing time, she didnt rush me went through the steps, paid for it and by this time the store should have closed.. still was not rushed, checked all my details again to make sure all is correct. Then said we r all finish and i should receive a text on the update of my delivery. Thanked me and said any problems to call the store. She was a young lovely lady, didnt get her name, but she is a real assets to your store. i hope she gets a nice reward for her wonderful service!

Well stocked little hidden gem of a shop in Everton Park. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The Rebel Black Friday sale was great. I got two pair of shoes and saved $100.00. The service was good and both staff members that I spoke to were more than happy to help. I'll be back again next year.

I travelled to 3 Rebel stores in search of the right shoe for our thirteen year old grandson.The level of service was equal across the 3 stores.We found the right shoes at Mitchie with service to match.The floor staff here went and searched through their stock to find the last pair in their stock and gave sound advice of pros and cons for the shoes.I enquired about payment and was also given accurate information about the nearest CBA.Thank you to all staff concerned as my grandson was very pleased with the shoes.A big shout out to Luke who went above and beyond to answer all our queries and was very patient in his responses.The purchase was a good experience from start until completion. Thank you.

Went into the store not sure what exactly I was looking for. A young girl named Dakodah approached me and offered some assistance. She walked through and patiently waited why I made my choices. She went above and beyond normal customer service and she is to be congratulated on her manners and communication skills. I will definitely be returning and seeking her out with my next purchase.

I rang and spoke to a young man named Charlie. Is extremely pleasant. He asked lots of engaging questions and was very kind with his responses. I would 100% recommend that you buy anything you want from Charlie at rebel Brookside. Good on you mate. A+

A great variety of sporting equipment, clothes and shoes. The customer service is excellent! Thank you Jacob for assisting me with choosing a good pair of runners. They are the best that I have ever had. Highly recommended Brooks shoes. They give you so much support.

Today I had the pleasure of helping my friend purchase shoes for her boys to play rugby. Whilst shopping is our thing, Rugby is best enjoyed from the stands.

Fortunately, Oliver was hand to provide some expert advice and recommendations about the boots. We really appreciated the help and advice

I went in unhappy with a pair of ASICS I bought only a month ago and the staff member was so friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable and offered to switch to a different pair of shoes that were comparable to the original. Great customer experience.

Had a good selection of football boots and got the added bonus of 20%discount for my son because he plays for a local club. The staff member who served us was quite professional and managed well about a number of customers

Great store with a great young team!

I only did click and collect but my short 5mins in store was met with accomodating staff who were able to facilitate a quick click and collect to get me on my way.

From what I could see, it’s a large store with a huge range of items. Check out their website first for stock availability if you’re looking for something in particular (what I did). Super helpful.

Visited Rebel Mitchelton on two occasions in relation to a problem with recently purchased joggers.

On both occasions I was served by Georgia.

She could not have been more helpful and friendly and made what could have been a stressful experience very stress free.

Rebel Michelton staff is excellent....had issues with my 6 month old Garmin watch ....they offered quick resolution in form of either refund or exchange.....overall very happy with the service.....will definitely buy my stuff from here

I received excellent service last time I was in looking for shoes for my 6yr old girls to wear to school in 2022. I can't recall the person's name but they were extremely helpful tracking down sizes in other stores.

Impressive service, called them to check stock for a pair of kids runners. They called back 15min later after checking the Mitchelton Store with 3 guys no stock, and provided a free shipping couple to order online. Go local and support Aussie businesses!

The most lovely interaction with one of the staff, really made myself and my clients day!
