I was wanting a breast augmentation for a very long time and from many recommendations I chose Dr. Richardson. I am BEYOND HAPPY with my results from Dr. Richardson! From the initial consultation to my most recent post-operative follow-up this team has been incredible! Everyone is so happy, supportive and helpful! Even on the surgery day everyone from Drs to nurses to receptionist were kind and caring. It was a fantastic experience! I had a breast lift with Dr Phil Richardson a few months ago now and l could not recommend Dr Phil and his team more. After years of living with severe back pain and cramps, I booked a consult and later breast reduction surgery with Dr. Richardson. It is now almost 12 months post op and I am happy to say no more pain, spasms, cramps and my scars have healed nicely. It really has changed my whole lifestyle and thank you is just not enough. The only regret I have is not doing it sooner. The whole process from consult to surgery was guided and I never felt I couldn’t ask questions or wasn’t supported. The hospital staff were wonderful and surgery went well with Dr Richardson meeting me prior to surgery in a private room where I was able to collect myself on the day and he sat talking me through my jitters. Post op the office and nursing staff have been so supportive and I have had at least 4 post op check ups in the last 9 months so they definitely do not leave you to go it alone afterwards. I cannot imagine it would be possible to have a more professional and caring post op team or better surgeon. I am so happy with my results and hubby also gives an enthusiastic thumbs up.

I can not even begin to describe how much Dr.Richardson changed my life. Hi I did a lot of research before choosing Dr P Richardson, to do my breast reduction. From the moment I walked in the door, from meeting Dr Richardson, the receptionists, to the post op nurses, they were all very professional, genuine and Very Good at what they do. Had a breast augmentation in July this year and can honestly say from booking the initial consult, to attending the consult, appointment leading up to surgery, surgery day and after surgery care has been exceptional. Had an implant removal (10 years in) and a lift after 3 babies. Honestly couldn’t fault this company, very organized and the whole team were so lovely and thorough with information through every appointment, gave me two follow up calls. Doctor Richardson was fast but thorough and you can tell is very experienced and knows what he’s doing. Just had my one week check up and happy with results so far! Feel so much better! In my consultation with Dr Phil he was very informative and realistic about my expectations. The nurses are so great, the after care is impeccable. I live away and traveled for my surgery. The nurses were more than happy to receive photo and answer any questions.

The before care right through to the after care is Amazing, and the results are beyond! The whole process was so smooth and I felt completely at ease the whole time. Even if I did have a concern the nurses were more than happy to answers my calls and emails and help reassure me. Even if it was something very minor.
