Kingston Hotel

I stayed four nights in an upstairs room with a country vista. This hotel accommodation is a little gem and it’s a separate dwelling to the pub. The huge rooms (1queen bed $ 1 single bed) are spotlessly clean (the cleaners do a fantastic job; I cannot fault the cleanliness) and the rooms are serviced daily. Bathrooms are modern and the carpet looks fairly new. The accommodation is located in a quiet area.
Channel Court shopping centre is an easy 600 metre walk from the hotel.
Lots of good eateries in the area.
Kingston Beach is 1.2 km away.
A good base for sightseeing.
I definitely recommend and will stay in the future.

Absolutely adorable staff. They go beyond to satisfy your requirements. Rooms really clean and cosy. 10 on 10. Definitely recommend and will definitely recommend. For sure will be back on next visit. Sadly leaving back to Melbourne on Sunday. Will sure miss this little heaven.

What a lovely finish to our long day of painting and all we wanted was a lovely pub meal and we certainly got it.
Anna and the team were so warm and friendly as we said we had just moved into the area, she gave us lots of advice, we have found our local. Thank you so much for ending our day on a high.

This place has redeemed itself. Some years back, it was one of the best places to eat in hobart... somewhat recently, the chef changed and the food standard dropped. It seems they have either re-hired their old chef or got another great one because it was fantastic this time.
Also great amenities for the kids - ping pong, air hockey, climbing wall and a separate toddler area.
It was a great night out.

Didn't stay here ... just had a meal.
May I suggest some better, bigger signage directing patrons to the dining room toilets.... 😀

Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Situated close to Kingston's shopping district and Zap Fitness, who welcome visitors to their well appointed gym. A great place to stay whilst exploring in and around Hobart. I've already booked my next visit.😉👍

Central location in Kingston, large rooms, simple but adequate amenities. Great value, very quiet.

Bomb barding this place, after a family funeral, with no booking, no idea that we (or them) had 30plus coming, hungry and Ready for a stiff drink or two, half hr till lunch shift is over short staffed & all...you made our day of loss into a great time. Thank you ladies & chefs great job!

Tasty mains and desserts reported by all of our group. The new kids area has a climbing wall and air hockey tables and there is a small space with a chalkboard and toys for younger kids too. A great family space :)

Excellent. I lost my wallet staff amazing. After multiple man looks all was good. Had a ripper feed. Pork...tender and juicy plus real mash n vegetables

Excellent service and lovely clean, spacious accommodation that was close to all shops and services . Spent 3 nights here as a base to explore Hobart and Huon Valley/Channel area . Staff were fantastic , very friendly and helpful .

We spent our Christmas Holidays here and I have to say I find it quite convenient. Rooms are not fancy but reasonably clean and quite spacious. Location is fantastic. Gorgeous pond at the back, very peaceful area and just meters away from Coles, Wollies, Bottle shop and Big W. There is a beautiful beach nearby and you can get to Hobart by car in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

Yummy meal that was reasonably priced and decent portions. The staff were also very nice and they cooked the steak perfectly. Will definitely be back!

The Accommodation was very clean, neat and comfortable for an overnight stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, definitely would stay again if passing through

Great hotel meals. Price is about what you'd expect. Nice and clean dining area. Good option for a proper meal in Kingston.

I don't mind the rooms. The hotel is what you want and gaming is ok. I usually come out on top.
