Clennett's Mitre 10 Kingston

I was served by Harry from hardware at Kingston. I called the store earlier and asked if they had garage shelves in stock. Harry checked stock for me and kept it aside. When I visited the store he greeted me by my name. I was amazed by the customer service. He helped me sign up to a Mitre10 rewards card and also assisted me with delivering the products I purchased to my car. Thank you Harry for the outstanding service. Quick, efficient and friendly.

Garden section- So very grateful for excellent service from 'Alexander' in the Garden section. He patiently sourced a plant, a pot & a card to be delivered as a gift for a friend on anniversary of her Mother's death. Was polite, thoughtful & provided excellent personalized service. Thankyou for a really great service experience .

My 11 year old walked in and said 'Mum, this is like Bunnings but better!' The staff were incredibly helpful with service and advice with a genuine smile, and Jacob even removed my cargo barrier so I could fit a jack and Jill seat in to take it home...above and beyond...thank you! My favourite shop ever!!!

I just came from Kingston mitre 10 they could not have been more helpful. I wanted a big pot the young lady in garden advised me as to what I needed then when paying I asked if there was someone to help me get my pot in the car "yes not a problem" a lovely man appeared to help me. Thank you mitre 10 Kingston.

I purchased a huge range of vegetable seedlings for my large market garden on my last visit and they without a doubt have the best quality seedlings around. The outside area is predominantly where I spend my time when visiting and its a lovely relaxing atmosphere and my children always love to check on the Gold Fish in the water feature. Their plant range is great and the health and quality of the plants is exceptional.

Wonderful experience, especially for anyone needing help. Small enough to navigate if not able to negotiate the super stores. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy access, and a special disabled spot on the flat right near the self opening door entrance. Good prices, quality and information. The trolleys are the easy shallower size.

Quite surprised at how funky this little hardware store is. Quite modern and well laid out. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when we needed help the paint and plant departments. I especially enjoyed the plant department with its beautiful water features throughout and array of plants.

Forgot my glasses ,left them on the building site . Had to get staff to read the packet for me . Clennetts came thru with the product I needed .

Always a great experience! Lots of plants and everything "hardware"! Staff go out of their way to help. One of the best pluses is that in the really big stores there are many staff who can direct you to the right aisle but at Mitre 10 they not only direct you to the right aisle but they really know their products and you get the advice you are looking for. That's what makes it for me. And woe betide you if you try and lift heavy things into your car!!

Very pleasant first time visit. Had lunch and we went our separate ways. Me to tools & electrical her to the garden section.
Very helpful young fella in the paint section was much appreciated.

A wonderful store for everything you need and helpful staff in every section especially the garden section where you get advice on plants and how to care for them and i received great advice from Riana on how to care for my potted kangaroo paw and aaron gives great advice and brenton on all the other plants
