Conquer Termites came recommended by another company who had no spare appointments. I am so pleased we engaged their services. Their communication was fabulous at every stage. Had a fantastic service today by Carlo. He did a very thorough inspection for termites, which gave me a peace of mind. Also did a topical spray for bugs and followed up with lots of helpful recommendations going forward. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a reliable and knowleageable specialist.

Prompt, reliable service. They even removed some weeds while installing the barriers rather than work through them like some companies might. I found Steph, Dan and all techs to communicate well and be respectful of me and my property at all times. It was nice to have them be the experts/professionals and behave accordingly. I have been using Conquer Termites for about 15 years. They communicate well with booking an appointment and follow up the day beforehand to see if you need to change. You also get a message when the technician is five minutes away. There report is very extensive with photos and written suggestions to avoid future problems.

Our Conquer Termite treatment guy Jake was fantastic. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. He had a great attitude. He was hard working and professional. He went above and beyond in his service. Highly recommend!

Carlo arrived exactly on time to conduct our annual termite inspection. Did a thorough check inside and outside including checks with thermal imaging around relevant areas. Gave a verbal summary of results at the end and shortly after leaving we received the full report via email. Very happy overall with the service. Will use Conquer Termites again next year.

I've been a loyal Conquer Termites (Southside) client since 2009, after discovering termites had penetrated the old toxic chemical barrier for the first time in about 17 years. That's when I had the initial Termidor treatment installed around our house, and the Termidor protection has since been renewed for another 8 years. All the technicians are friendly and arrive on time, or early, and their high tech approach always keeps you posted re arrival time! The real-time tracking link - sent when the technician is on his way - is really useful. Today I had Carlo for our regular half-yearly external black ant spray. Carlo is always personable, does a thorough job, and is respectful in his approach around your property.

Amazing service and extremely thorough inspection carried out by Hernan at Conquer. My wife even made comment about the little extras taken such was wiping down man hole cover (which had been dirtied by other tradesman). Highly recommend

Conquer Termites did an amazing job, after detecting termites I called conquer and they arranged an in inspection and initial treatment the next day. Anton was amazing, highly knowlegable and advised on long term solutions and follow up inspections to confirm termites had been killed. Highly reccomend Anton and Conquer Termites
