Woolworths Cannon Hill

This morning , I went to return my milk powder I bought last evening because wrong brand. The staff refused me. It is unbelievable for me. I returned good several times in Aldi and Coles, they are very friendly. It’s said Woolworths is a the greatest supermarket, but this service is very bad! I decided to sell their stock and never buy any stuff from there.

The staff this afternoon were so enthusiastic, kind and helpful! I noticed while there that they were friendly and interested in their customers. Particular shout out to the young man cleaning up the curry paste - so friendly and kind!

I enjoyed the welcome the security guy gave. This Woolworths seems pretty modern. The staff were working hard to replenish the shelves despite the supply issues. Overall a positive experience each time I shop there, thanks.

Before 5pm, the lockdown starts, Cannon hill Woolworths already offers masks to customers. Impressive👍🏻

Renovated store is awesome much larger and brighter than previously. Fantastic range of new products, along with old favourites. Stock beautifully displayed, very clean. Good levels of staff, people to help on the floor.

Accidentally scanned the Coles bag that I was carrying and the machine threw a fit. The girl (wo)manning the area sure had a sense of humour for a change. While fixing the machine when I apologised for the mistake she was quick to retort “we are happy you bring in any bag as long as you buy our groceries” this sure did bring a smile to my lips.

Since I am heavily (8 months) pregnant she was kind enough to lift all the items out of my trolly and place them on the machine so that I don’t have to bend over, all the while thanking each customer who made their way outside. I am really impressed by the customer service today.

Best place for meat, general groceries. Carry items not common to supermarkets. Love their range of meals and how they're packaged.

My son is a fine dining chef in Victoria, Woolies home brand Fettuccine Carbonara is a stand out, superb quality, tasty meal. We eat it minimum once a week. Have recommended to friends, they're all converted. I bought 6 packs tonight to take on my Covid food run to friends. They're already asking for more tomorrow night!

Great Qantas, fuel discount rewards program. Look forward to using my Qantas points one day. If you accumulate 2,000 Woolies points they convert to 1,000 Qantas points. Works for me😍😍😍

I like this store has a great varietyvof fruit and veg. The store plays music you want to stay inside to hear the next track. Well lit and setup for an easy shop. Definetly see you again soon

Great super where I can get all my essentials.

What a transformation. From a run down store to a fresh and modern shopping experience (Jan 2019) is incredible. What had been a very tired section of this shopping centre is also being rapidly updated. With the trip over from the Coles/KMart area now.

the og supermarket brand. i had many childhood memories here in between the towering shelves of boxed food. 10/10 amazing.

The store has been recently renovated and is a well set out Woolworths, the only thing that is a pain is the car park which can get busy and congested. I'd advise parking further away and walking a little to stay out of the rush.

They have upgraded the shop. It now has a far better range of products. The staff are very helpfull. Parking is easy and free.
