I had excellent service from Mark this morning, very bubbly and an amazing attitude, the store smells and looks very clean and stocked up, will be returning regularly for such good service, thanks again Mark

Its ok but they run the coffee machine to hot and it burns the coffee and the store is a bit small so they dont carry all the product lines

Dude working tonight made my sick driver get out to fill up..
Absolutely embarrassing way to treat a customer.. I work at a nearby rival station and I'd never treat a customer like that. I have no hood on my outfit. Very distinguishing outfit. face is showing. My licence plate is on my car. You had no reason to call us out on loud speaker and force my sick driver to fill up.

The air hose for checking tyre pressure has been broken for many months. Very frustrating as have to go to a different fuel station to check tyre pressures. Please fix this “ it’s been too long broken “.

Worst customer service I have ever had guy on the front counter incredibly rude.

Three times I've been in the last few weeks, the attendants are not scanning the 4c off Coles docket offers. They take the docket from you, smile and say 'yeah sure!', then process your payment for the exact same price on the bowser just hoping you don't say anything.

I'm personally not bothered by the money side of things (it's a few dollars of savings), but people do go to Coles branded ones specifically to get some $$ off, and this one is knowingly and deceptively not giving the discount. Won't be back on principle.

Was abused on sunday morning by andrew because the coffee went up in price and i didn't have a extra $1.
He chucked the coffees in the bin.
What a waste. Theres people starving in this country and coles is just throwing out good produce over 1 dollar. Would it have made sense to inform me of price rise for next time and just given me the coffees and just avoid the waste and argument.
Admittedly i might of got a little over board when this boy stated to me "thats just how the world works buddy" being half my age he fired me right up with that comment.

So today I put under 5 litres into my 5 litres can and got charged for 5.23 litres. The fuel did not even come up to the 5 litre line. The attendant was extremely unhelpful and did not want to call her manager despite the fact that an incorrect fuel meter is illegal. I will be taking this further as fuel is expensive and we go to this station regularly to fill our cars (not any more!).
