It's a nice big Kmart. I'm always impressed with Kmart's ability to deliver reasonable prices in a country full of retailers that don't seem to understand that

This Kmart is no exception. Good selection, helpful staff, and most importantly, the stuff we need for around the house.

Kmart Cannon Hill Plaza is one of my favourite places to find, great value, lovely bargains. I particularly love their $4 notebook range which are made from high quality paper stock, and their $20 thermal back eyelet curtains. The grey nautical floor lamp was $7.50 in their reduced to clear section, so do keep your eyes peeled for extra amazing bargains. The Japanese dinner plate @ $3 is their latest addition to their homeware range. The bedroom rug was $35 on sale. The bed linen, pillow cases, sheets, duvet cover, curtains, curtain rods, easter egg tree, artwork frames, lamps, side table, floor fan, vases, faux flowers and white storage box are all from Kmart, and purchased (individually )starting from $3.50 up to a maximum of $35. Creating a beautiful home does not require a huge amount of money, just locate your nearest Kmart and start looking for those beautiful bargains.

Danny, the only person working on the registers today, could not have been more helpful or patient. He held my purchases while I went back to my car to look for my phone (it was there), and then looked after a large item I had bought and accidentally left behind. He also made sure the person at the exit knew the item had been paid for earlier. His performance and demeanour were outstanding. Thumbs up for Danny.

Plenty of parking. Clean inside building and lots of shops. Seats to wait and a nice little book corner.A good shopping experience.

5 stars for the very helpful staff.. went today at night around 7:30-8:00 pm and was searching for a specific outdoor seat cushion that was on clearance and (Sienna ) went above and beyond helping me and calling the other store for me. I really appreciate the excellent customer service I have received today.

Can not thank Caitlin enough for her endless help and support. I was almost at breaking point after trying to figure out the photo computers for well over an hour. She came over whilst it was crazy busy in the store and managed to fix&sort my situation out and have me on my way in no time at all. Thank you so much Caity. You are appreciated.

Lots of staff on check out. Shelves well stocked, great selection of products. Staff easy to find, very good at helping people making inquiries. QR check in going strong, staff at exit checking purchase invoice. A tightly run ship. Love shopping there.

On 2 occassions- 1 week ago and again today - I was a novice at printing photographs from my phone and eventually so frustrated and embarassed asked for staff assistance.
Caity was cheerful, gracious, and reassuring while she led me through the process, and I am very grateful.
It was refreshing to meet a young person who behaves so respectfully.
She is a huge asset to your company.

Had an amazing customer service experience with a staff member named Sam. Had a rug with an issue that was irritating me. I called Cannon Hill and got Sam. He asked a few questions then off he went and checked the others to see if they were the same, which they weren’t. He put a new one aside for me, arranged the exchange and I was on my way in. Then I get there and he spots me at the service desk with another staff member (who was also great) and grabs the new rug to help his team mates!

I really liked this rug and had to go to a few stores to find it. So when Sam isolated the issue as a defect with my particular rug, I was excited that I was able to exchange it and he managed to have one there for me. He listened to me, resolved the issue quickly, spotted me holding the old rug in the shop, helped his team mates and then he scooted off to do something else.

Excellent member of your team. And massive thanks buddy! Credit where due.

Great Kmart. I go here at least 1-2 times per week.
Always seems to have the latest homewares available which I think is what most people are shopping for!
Love the kids clothes and shoes, great quality, huge variety.
Good toy range and book section.
The store is always clean and usually busy, the staff is friendly but I usually ask the younger staff for help as the older staff seem a little bothered. Open til late 5 nights which is great too.

Store layout very similar to other Kmart stores. Very clean and tidy. Found what I was looking for quick and easily.

You can get everything you need at really
Great low prices.Books toys, games, homeware household appliances, clothes, shoes, make up, snacks. Staff are always friendly, helpful. The only thing you are no longer able to buy are DVD"s Kmart's DVD section has gone.

I love K Mart.

Rude customer service at checkout

It's so refreshing having a regular format store! Everything is laid out logically, you can see things from a distance (no visual blockers), the aisles aren't cramped, etc etc. We have two other Kmarts closer but we travel to this one because it's such a better experience. Thank you!

Good Kmart in a smaller shopping centre. But pity after many reports over months, Google maps sat back and done nothing as they still have Kmart Cannon Hill at a apartment complex location shown with red marker and not the correct location of Kmart Plaza and there are hundreds of wrong business location, wrong transport information etc that after many years still haven't been fixed up. Time for Google Map staff to be sacked for not doing their job.

Easily accessible parking. Welcoming entrance. Staff member only too happy to direct me to product I sought. Pleasant self-service assistant. Can't fault my visit here.
