Coles Cannon Hill

The staff were very friendly n helpful to find your grocery in the right Iles when U can't find an item.

The staff at Coles Cannon Hill are always so helpful and professional. I’m writing this review for one staff member in particular, Today I witnessed an awful customer argue over the price of bread rolls, I couldn’t believe how rude he was! He was loud, aggressive and absolutely in the wrong. When he walked away he was swearing and I asked the staff member if she was ok, she was so polite and professional, I just felt so bad for her, no body deserves to be treated like that. She did a fantastic job dealing with that awful guy, but I feel she shouldn’t have had to deal with it in the first place.

Natalie I hope that this review adds a bit of positivity to your day.

I’m sure management appreciate what goes on with these types of customers and support their staff with the strength and care that they deserve.

Consumers need to remember to abide by common policies and remember that ABUSE IS NOT OK.

Its sad, Imricon and Covid logistical transport issues are causing product shortages. As soon as product arrives its on the shelves. Staff under the pump, but remaining helpful and courteous.
Normally, Coles carries a great range of products, staff very friendly and helpful. I'm a regular customer and enjoy the camaraderie with them all.
It's a great store.

I have always an encountered lovely staff here. Not sure why but I feel that the store is smaller and takes less time to go around and collect your products. Although check out seems to be faster at Coles ..both self serve and via checkouts

They always have great discounts and plenty of parking.

Very friendly staff this is where I do most my shopping never had a problem.
I accidentally walk through the check out with my dog's flea and tick treatment underneath a packet of water and didn't realise do till I got home that I didn't pay for it I rang them they are really good about it and really thankful I would highly recommend this place

Clean store. Friendly helpful staff. Just opened much larger self service area.

This centre is undergoing a big makeover. Coles is brighter, stock is well displayed and choice is excellent. Makeover has caused minor, if any inconvenience to shoppers. Everything feel new.

I give your store phone answering service top stars for being quick to answer, dealing with my product query promptly and far superior to Woolworths who I usually deal with but you have won me over. Thank you!

A bit expensive in the fresh produce section. However good selection of ready to go meals and salads. Convenient location near doctors and chemist and Kmart.
