Subway

We had a large order of several sub, wrap and cookie platters including with some dietary requirements for a large kids party. I was able to place the order quickly and efficiently including asking for the platters to be targeted towards kids (no onions etc).

The platters were beautifully presented and ready to be collected when I arrived.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, and helpfully kept the vegan and vegetarian subs separately packaged from the rest of the platters.

The food was really fresh and delicious, lots of variety sticking within what we had asked for. Several guests commented on the food quality and the great idea to get subway catering.

Came in at around 6.30 on 8.5.24 girl with pink hair who served me had some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Was so polite, kind and very accommodating. Would recommend highly.

I asked my good friend Dawn, who lived very far from me, "What would you like on your order?"

It was quite tasty and she learned orange cheese was actually named. "Old English Cheese, made from old English men."

Went in today for my usual order, pleasantly greeted. I can’t remember his name but he might be the manager, very friendly and polite, nice and fast

Such a busy store but the staff are always trying their best, you can tell. The manager on (with the curly hair) was very apologetic for the wait and was nice. The girl with the cap on (i think her name was Jasmine) was super quick and polite.

As an Uber delivery driver, it took about an hour of waiting for the order, that aside.
The staff were polite and doing their best, the place was clean, they had 3 people on. It was a shame that they were so busy, I saw so many other delivery drivers leave because of the wait time. Other than that, there were no issues.

There was a guy called Cristian and he was the nicest bloke I've ever meet. He made the best custom sub I've eaten and his hair was so luscious.

the service by oscar was excellent, i’ve never had a more perfect subway sandwich in my life, he was obviously a very hard worker and seemed very experienced.

The team member in training (Maya) was very polite , and seemed very calm/ collected despite the store being busy, great work. It was also great seeing care being taken with my order being made (other sandwich/burger places tend to “throw” everything together” while busy 😄

Visited this Subway on Saturday evening around 6:30 pm. Wasn't too crowded considering that time of the evening. I ordered two foot-longs and they were prepared by a new crew member. It was prepared very well. Happy with the cleanliness and housekeeping. No food spills and the hygiene was well kept.

I loved everything walking into that store. Staff were great, food was fresh.
Only thing I could complain about is not actually something a real person would complain about..... too much toppings. Ikr, I'm fussy, so like I said, I can't complain about that!

I walked into this clean store, got a lovely chicken wrap and I was amazed at how kind and friendly my subway sandwich artist was for me (lady with a kiwi accent). I’ll definitely be coming back, beautiful customer service!

The young guy with the fab eyebrows is super fun, very friendly and made me the best wrap I've ever had from subway today:) good enough that I came on to write a review halfway through finishing it. I'll drive past my local subway to come to this one from now on.

Uber driver didnt deliver my order so I got a refund, reordered, and got my order soon after with some free cookies. Small things like that show that they care about their customers. Will definitely order from here again

The service, speed and cleanliness at this store is held to a high regard. Very impressed with both the subs and the workers who make them. Will definitely frequent this Subway!

Amazing service, great food and great staff. Although it is very busy the staff always keep up with the orders. Great work.

I'm a regular at Cannon Hill's Subway. I'm very happy with their service. My only criticism is the decision not to allow customers to sit down outside. This goes beyond any directive from the government
