Castle Towers Medical Practice

My family and I have been seeing Dr Farah Ali here for years now and honestly I can't find a better doctor anywhere else. She has helped us so much and always treats us with patience and kindness, and doesn't rush us like most doctors do. I sometimes see Dr Bilal as well and he always explains everything so thoroughly, he's a very knowledgeable man and I highly recommend him. The nurses are also great, especially with my kids.

The only downside is the long waiting times if they are really busy, but on a good day we usually get in right on our appointment time.

This is long due for Dr Farah Ali.. she is extremely knowledgeable, kind hearted, patient.. she has stood by me for one of the most difficult phases during my pregnancy complications and her advice has been on point till date. I am forever grateful for finding her.

My whole family and I are seeing Dr Farah Ali (she is a very nice/kind person and she is treating her patients like her own family and a friend. She cares and she listens. She is a smart/knowledgeable doctor. She explains well and "Not rushing" in her time during consultation visits, as she wants her patient to be well checked and treated accordingly. By the way, I am a registered nurse and this is the reason why I can tell + know how excellent Dr. Farah is.....
By the way, she has a lovely team of clinicians too (from her receptionist to RNs) they are very nice and so approachable...

I have to edit my post review because I was tempted to read other reviews as soon as I finished my post.

There was a review saying that the waiting time is 1.5 hrs - you waited that long maybe because.....YOU did not follow the TIME allocated for you or it could be that the person PRIOR to your appt. (appointment) time TOOK TOO LONG TO DISCUSS their MEDICAL SITUATION (remember that there are patients who have special cases like "currently diagnosed with terrible illness example "cancer" - therefore the doctor needs to extend time of the consultation.
Well, if you happened to be the next person and waiting too long, you can actually ask the receptionist and remind them your consultation time. This will give them the alert to remind the doctor via intercom phoning. Then, the doctor will give the reason and estimated extension to further wait for your time or turn. Kindly, approach the receptionist nicely too and do not pour your frustration to them because they are humans too who can be frustrated as we all do.

Dr.Hanif is best Gp ive been going to her for years she is very intelligent.Highly experienced Dr.She goes over the tests in detail with the patient.Waiting a little longer is worth while.I always come home satisfied. If u have emergency thn their is a no to dial for that
I find it funny two patients will they said it’s emergency inspite of that their were two other dr available but they wanted to wait for dr Hanif …..,,Don’t understand it’s funny how they can say negative thing’s and thn they want dr Hanif only and r prepared to wait for her….. Try her afew times and u will never want to ho to another GP..,,She is the best……

Dr Hanif has been our doctor for, at least, the last 15 years. It is a great pleasure, for my wife and I, to have Dr Hanif as our Family Doctor. She has always provided us with professionalism, support and time, and for that, we are very lucky.

Amazing staff and reception people! Been going there since they opened up and have loved their attentive services and kindness. My doctor, Dr Salahuddin Ahmed is so knowledgeable and helpful. He always explains things very clearly and doesn't make me wait very long. Much much better than the other centre who treat me like a slab of meat. Not even a smile. Highly Highly recommend this medical centre :)

This is my go-to medical centre. I’ve been to bulk billed and non bulk billed medical centres in Castle Hill. There is no significant difference for you to pay the extra. And we are always cared by the doctors here. Dr Hanif, Dr Ali and Dr Ahmed are very polite and will be listening to you! Lovely receptionists and nurses as well. I highly recommend this place!

Have been seeing Dr Erum Hanif for years now. I value her attention to detail. Sure she almost always runs over on the appointments and can be a bit of a wait. She is the best GP I have ever had. Takes her time and listens and has always referred me to the best specialists

From George - I always have problems when requiring blood tests. It is difficult to find my veins. Mantili the Pathology Collector was not only very pleasant but she found the vein and withdrew the necessary amount of blood without any difficulty and I felt no pain! Thank you so much Matilda.

I was a patient many years ago. Good clean facilities and doctors. The doctor I saw there was very good.

The Doctors are great and so caring. Best place in Castle Hill by far.
Reception staff are really switched on.
