K mart Hornsby Rocks! I'm moving to Parramatta but will continue to shop at Hornsby store . Lots of merchandise, friendly hardcase staff, Grumpy but lovable characters. Belinda is the best store Greeter, every staff member has their own little quirks that's what makes this store the best , Kels is the best on service desk really knows his stuff. Sean the guy on self service "Cheer up bud,all is good. Fitting rooms. Staff Relax and smile.The store looks so 👍

Shoutout to the girl who was working at the Service Desk on Tuesday afternoon. I watched her assist two individuals who spoke barely any English and was so incredibly patient and kind walking them through the process to print photos. Such a gem!

Great Kmart with helpful staff and reasonable price. After scanning a Lego and paying for it, the old gentleman came and took it away then unlocked the item for me, I don't have to ask for it. He s a really good staff.

I came into Kmart Hornsby wanting to buy a Set of Lego Ninjago for my younger brother . The item was not in stock online and was not to be seen on the shelf in the Lego section. I approached Samdro the Department Manager who was so lovely and kindly went out the back to get me the Lego set. I will continue to shop at this store as I appreciate this young man’s service.

Staff are very good and helped me with my shopping. A very helpful gentlemen named Riley suggested Lego for my grandchild’s birthday and was polite. Will be coming again :)

Always a great place to go and spend hours browsing, trying on clothes and checking out the seasonal stuff.
Most times I find everything I need in this kmart. Maybe the only bit that is lacking stock and variety is the "household tools and hardware" department... you know, were you get your stick-on hooks, packing tape, duct tape, etc.

I always enjoy shopping at this store. It’s always tidy and has a lot of stock (unless there’s a global pandemic shortage…one one escapes!).

A big shout out to Kels at customer service. He’s helped me on two separate occasions and both times has been incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgable. Whilst waiting in the customer service line, I’ve seen a lot of overly rude customers interact with Kels (e.g. returning clothes with no tags or receipts……!), he doesn’t let their rudeness phase him and continues doing a brilliant professional job. He is a total asset to the team.

If you're on a tight budget (first time home owner or similar), it's a great place to get bits and pieces. The quality is usually good for the money and there's not much they don't sell, plus it's open ridiculously long hours (10pm every night), so if you need something urgent it's really handy.

I had a great experience here with someone by the name of William, who assisted me in the photography department. I was really appreciative of his help.

We were preparing for a road trip and needed a sleeping bag as we were intending to sleep in the car on the way to Melbourne. Got a great sleeping bag for a great price. It worked as well as it was advertised.

Kart these days is one of my favourite shops. Kart has come a long way in being up to date with fashion at affordable prices and i can just about buy everything I need under 1 roof except for groceries of course. Whenever I enter your store I never leave empty handed. THANKYOU KMART.

Kmart is excellent - whenever you buy stuff check Kmart first and you'll be surprised how good it is in an absolutely huge range of things, much of what you need for everyday life. Quality has been good in what I've bought and prices are fabulously low.

good varieties for the gift basket and other party items.. staff is not that helpful and you have to search for the staff if you have an enquiry.. apart from that good range of stuff for your everyday needs..

Hornsby K-Mart is our regular go to for homewares etc. We've had nothing but positive experiences with Click and Collect .The C&C staff have always been professional and efficient to deal with.. Bravo Zulu K mart Hornsby .Management and Team.

The staff at Kmart are very helpful and polite, when it comes to buying certain items. I recommend that other people should go to Kmart ,because the prices are cheaper.
