Woolworths Hornsby

Always a good experience shopping at this Woolies. Stock of product is pretty reliable, though sometimes produce stock is low towards the end of the day, which is understandable. It's pretty consistently crowded with shoppers throughout the day. The staff here have always been helpful and polite in assisting me to find products and check stock availability, and cashiers are very friendly during checkout. There was recently an expansion of the self-checkout area so self-checkout moves quickly and there I haven't had to wait to checkout anymore. I have also had good experiences using the Drive Up service at this location, which was prompt upon my arrival. It's a great place to shop for my groceries!

Staff is amazing. From deli to the front counter and in general great service. Fresh produce is beautifully presented and immaculately displayed. Always fully stocked up. No EFTPOS today so we had to do it the old fashioned way. All went well except perhaps for the shoplifters. Well done to all the staff today. 👏

Easy to find everything. Usually things are stocked and only once have I lacked something from the place. The store brand is cheap and very affordable.

I had a list of hard-to-get items (Gluten-free). I wandered the isles several times, asking attendants, checking and double-checking, and in the end I got everything on my list! The effort though cost me $10 in parking fees! Ah well! Better than a parking fine!

Nice place. The best experience is scan and go. Got no idea why few people use it when it actually is faster than going to the self checkout or counters. Good friendly staff but don't expect other staff to be accommodating when they are tired, especially the one who do lifting, their humans, I have more bad experience seeing a customer mistreating the staffs than the staff mistreating customers. Yes, I do get head-on with the staffs unfortunately, but I have to move on, and I get frustrated. Well, it never comes to the point to swearing... sometimes, they don't get to do active listening because they're tired and have enough with silly customers. Anyway, keep up the good work.

An really large vibrant Woolworths store well positioned on the bottom floor of Hornsby Westfield.

I have been shopping at Woolworths Hornsby for the last 2 years and it is my most preferred shop in Westfield. Service is always very good and prompt. I have asked for help few times with locating some goods and staff members always polite and eager to help. I have to say even on weekend when lines a bit longer they manage to provide a good customer service. Well done Woolworths team!

Classic Woolworths. This particular store is quite large, and well laid-out. Clean. Helpful staff. There are a mix of checkout staff, and self service, in addition to one trial checkout requiring the use of a QR code - looks interesting...

Huge selection of products, easy store go get around, wait times at registers minimal, parking easy, would recommend.

One of the best Woolworths we been. Fruit are fresh. We often see household items markdowns. It big saving when we shop. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Good, you will get many varieties of different products here for food and for daily use, also Dan Murphy is just next to it for spirit lovers 😉

Large Woolies that gets busy after work and weekend hours. Can have long queues but lines move quickly enough. Try out the Scan and Go! it's fantastic to be able to just walk out.
